Medley's Italian & Grill

I visited Medley’s last Saturday. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was attentive and the food was delicious. Highly recommend the calamari dish!

Wow!!! Just.... wow! The chef at Medley's is a true artiste - every food item delivered is an example of "food as art".

I had lunch here, expecting a standard hotel diner experience. Boy, was I surprised! The calamari was exquisite - perfectly fresh, the dipping sauce nicely matched - and a lovely balance of colours with peppers that made the presentation as good as the taste.

Next up was my schnitzel. Super!!! Easily up to the standards of a German restaurant. (I asked the waitress about it - it turns out, the chef recently immigrated from Germany, where he was a master chef. I have no doubt that, once he's saved up some money, he'll open a ultra high end restaurant rivalling the best in the city. Meanwhile, this really is your chance to enjoy fine dining at a bargain price.)

One of the friends with whom I was dining had the butternut squash ravioli. She commented the pasta was cooked al dente, to perfection, and the sauce was fantastic. Topped with prawns that were apparently delicious as well.

Trying to lose weight, but this place was too good to skip dessert. The creme brûlée is made in house and I can report that it came up to the standards of the rest of the meal!! Forgot to take a picture though.

I think I have a new favourite restaurant! :)

The catering team has been awesome. The restaurant menu looks great! We had a snack and dinner before a meeting.

Came here for lunch. Ordered Cobb salad and Butternut Squash ravioli. Both were absolutely fantastic! Chicken in salad was so tender and ravioli were cooked in savoury sage sauce topped with juicy shrimps. Lava cake was so delicious that we ordered one extra. Laura was serving our table and she was very attentive and friendly to us. Besides, there was lots of parking available as the restaurant located in Holiday Inn Hotel. I absolutely recommend Medley’s! Will definitely be coming back soon.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Medley's. The place felt cozy and friendly as soon as we walked in. ❤ The service was really attentive, making us feel taken care of. We ordered salmon carpaccio and steak with prawns. The carpaccio was super tasty and delicate. The steak with prawns was the highlight though – it was cooked perfectly and had a great mix of flavors.

The staff was also really nice and knew a lot about the menu. ⭐

We left with happy hearts and full stomachs, excited to come back again. 🎉

What a nice place! Never heard of it and only tried it because of the Google reviews.

It was good food, the juiciest pork chop, even the kids like it. Good value kids meal, with entree, aide, pop and ice cream. Great service, very attentive and polite. Decent prices, good variety of entrees, good service, makes 5 stars! I would eat here again and recommend it to friends.

It's a bit hard to find the entrance, but it's tucked in behind the Seymour Pub.

Very tasty food and staff were very helpful! Very good macaroni! Good coke and pepper shaker is tasty.

Just had Christmas luncheon with 35 people at Medley’s. Many who attended said the food were Awesome and service was wonderful. The portions were surprisingly big. I ordered a Neptune Steak medium rare with Lobster, it was done perfectly. I would highly recommend this restaurant either for large company party or family gathering. The atmosphere was spacious and there were plenty of windows to provide good ambiance :)

Visited Medley's Italian & Grill from Central Lonsdale area and was blown away. Despite living in an area with many options, none compare to Medley's high-quality Italian cuisine. Each dish is a work of art, creatively crafted and bursting with authentic flavors. The servers are exceptionally friendly, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. A perfect blend of luxury and comfort, Medley's is a must-visit for an exquisite dining experience. Highly recommended!

We come here fairly regularly and last night's meal was so good it's time to post a review. A couple of low reviews are really of Door Dash, not the restaurant. Sounds like people were hangry - - go in person if you can and you'll get your meal quickly and at peak flavour.

This restaurant has an extensive menu, far more choices than you'll find at other places, and prices are reasonable. There are "Healthy Options" including a couple of very good vegetarian choices. Last night I had the Salmon Power Bowl, and trying to figure out how to copy the quinoa at home I checked out the description on-line. It's loaded with protein, and was beautifully presented and delicious. It had flavourful, eye appeal, and really pleasing textures. My dinner was much more appealing than the picture on their on-line menu, so don't choose based on the picture.

The service is fine. We're promptly recognized, seated, and served. The service is not intrusive. And the restaurant is quiet, very important to us. There's loads of free parking just outside the door.

Crab Benedict. First I thought would be too rich; however, it was nicely balanced and the seasoning was perfect. Carla took great care of me and the whole room. Friendly and attentive. The room is clean the music is suitable and at appropriate volume for the space.

Schnitzel is the best. The vegetables and potatoes were delicious in the morning, and I had a healthy meal.

Extensive menu, each dish expertly prepared and plated. Delicious curry mussels appetizer, lamb shank dinner, snapper dinner, prime rib dinner with red velvet cheese cake dessert. Wonderfully friendly host.

Ive been staying at the Holiday Inn for over 2 weeks, and ive tried a few other restaurants, but honestly, ive never been disappointed at any meal Ive gotten here!
Nice clean up-to-date restaurant and really great staff!

My goal is to try every item on the menu before my rotation out West is done. The crowd averages over 50 from my experience, so its a great place for a very tasty laid-back meal.

Medley's Grill used to be one of our favorite places.
We supported this place during the pandemic and came for dinner at least 2 times a week.

Great cuisine and staff service.
Unfortunately, now Medley's does not allow us to come because of authoritarian government restrictions.

I've read the reviews before coming to this place and I'm in awed of the negative reviews. We've been here for almost a week and had dinners and lunch everyday and this place is top notch. The people leaving bad reviews are probably people that don't eat out often because there is real disaster out there. First of all, yes it's pricey but it's Vancouver Canada? What do people expect. Expect to pay anywhere from 20-40 Canadian USD per person. The servers and waiters are very knowledgeable and know their food. The food is good everything from the kids fries to the steaks and pastas. I highly recommend the pasta di marre with garlic panini (I could not get enough of that). The portion are more than ok and trust me you will be filled after. If you're staying in the hotel, kids eat free and you get anywhere from 10-15% off the total bill. I will really miss this place when we head back to Cali because they are very professional at this place. Disregard those nasty reviews, this place is bomb I highly recommend this place.

This place is fantastic, I have eaten 3 meals here and have had great service and even better food each time. Highly recommend!!!
