A new bookstore in Deep Cove! They have amazing coffee, too. I bought two books but I'm definitely going back for more. It's obvious there was a lot of thought put into the book selection. I was also impressed that they have books by local writers. They have nice comfy benches where you can sit while you narrow down your selection. I also bought a cool kitty cat puzzle for my mother-in-law.

Great coffee (I actually didn’t even need sugar) and the cutest cinnamon buns and crisps. Super cosy on a rainy day after a hike up Quarry Rock. The owner and staff make you feel really welcome too. So great.

In the heart of deep cove, is a small cafe that sells popular title books, kids books, and puzzles, they also sell coffee and tea both iced and hot, cinnamon buns and more, this Saturday they were only accepting cash payments.

Best Cinnamon Buns in Vancouver...and I have tried most of them. The Carmel Buns should not be overlooked either. Lovely little spot nestled in the Cove. Friendly owner...and he bakes the ooey gooey goodness as well. Such a delight to walk into the shop with the sweet aroma of cinnamon. Give this place a whirl the next time you are in Deep Cove!!

Covert, right in the heart of Deep Cove located on Gallant near the water's edge. Nice arranged (small) coffee shop with a local atmosphere and a little patio. The cinnamon buns are spectacular. I came back a second time to have the chocolate brownies and a coffee -again no disappointment. If you are looking for something else, they do also offer cold drinks and panini. Anytime Deep Cove = anytime Covert.

The cinnamon bun with cream cheese icing is so decadent and delicious, you'll want to get a second one to go. The coffee was wonderful as well. The cute decor and friendly staff make you feel right at home. Highly recommend this cafe!

Warm, cozy, inviting location. Friendly staff. Smell of fresh baking as you walk in. I ordered the Montreal smoked meat pannini, with a latte. It was gone 10 seconds later! Delicious! I will definitely take the time to visit again.

Very nice place and very kind employees! The tea and lemonades we ordered were delicious and refreshing. I would recommend coming here to take a break and relax.

SO GOOD! We usually go to the famous donut shops, but the line up was too long. We decided to give this place a try! It ended up AMAZING!
I had a hot latte. The foam was very creamy, and I miss it already! We shared a cinnamon bun. I am not a fan of the cinnamon bun..but the cinnamon bun was so goodddd, especially the icing part. I am not sure if it is made of yogurt or cream cheese but it was not sweet, and make you want to have more!!!

As small café owners, Paul and Far are killing it! This quaint little café in the heart of Deep Cove is an absolute must. Extremely friendly owners with amazing coffee and handmade, fresh cinnamon buns! Thank you for the great chat and awesome treats!

THE BEST cinnamon buns ever! It's just the perfect balance of sweet and cinnamon, in a soft rolled bun. Amazingly delicious when paired with a cup of coffee or latte. Staff are always friendly and helpful, as well as the owner. I’ve been there for the first time in 2016, when we first visited Vancouver. When we moved in in 2017, that was the first place I wanted to go. Even brought my parents when they came to visit us in 2019. They still remember my parents and always asking me how they are, due the pandemic situation we are living. If you want a delicious and real cinnamon bun, this is the place you should go.

We came across place by chance when we wanted Honey's and the lineup was too long. (Heard all the hype about Honey's)
Have to say, this place has become the *first choice*. Best cinnamon buns in Vancouver! Great lattes too. Every time we've ordered a sandwich it's delicious! I don't' understand the few bad reviews. Have been a dozen times now and everything's been exceptional!

Only downside is hours. Opens at 10. Cinnamon buns are rarely available at open. I've had to pass by a dozen times to get a 9:00 coffee and pastry fix. Probably a dozen times as well.

Great spot. Stopped here with a friend for a Sunday afternoon coffee. Friendly staff, great coffee, and it wasn't too busy. Got a prime seat outside with a view of the water no sweat. Will be back.

What a gem in Deep Cove! Great coffee and baked goods, especially the cute little cinnamon buns. Service and owner is amazing. Love the sandwiches too. A gem!
