Customer service that went way above and beyond!
A long story short, my truck was stolen from a secured airport parking lot in Calgary.
The thiefs got rid of my Treeline tent by dumping it in a yard in SW Calgary . The incredibly amazing house owner called Treeline . Luke @ Treeline took it upon himself to pick it up, track the tent down and contact me to tell me he has my tent. Simply blown away by that level of commitment to customers.
There aren’t many companies like these around nowadays.
Just way above and beyond , you guys take it to another level.

My dad ordered a tent from Treeline back in July/August but was out of town so I went for the pickup/install. Was super impressed with the tents and started thinking this might be a better fit for me/my family than a trailer I was working on.

Come November, my wife and I decided to pop in on a day off. Luke was super welcoming, answered questions I had and has a ton of knowledge about the products.

Not sure how we got so lucky to have what I believe is one of the best RTT companies basically local to us, but I am now the proud owner of a Ponderosa tent. Well built, great size, and great team. Can't wait to use the tent!

If you get a chance to work with Luke, he's a beauty! We brought a first generation RTT in for a face lift. He quickly mounted a new style ladder, changed out the mattress and shoe storage, and installed a new style travel cover. He was friendly and did the work right infront of us. He took the time to clean and offered care tips as we went along. A professional outdoorsman with an interest to help other like-minded people. Would definitely recommend for service or new products! Great workshop they have!

I spent 6 months researching rooftop tents before arriving on Treeline. All of my research pointed me in this direction and this week I finally pulled the trigger. It is awesome but I had a little problem with a zipper, however the team at Treeline took care of within hours of being made aware of it! We bought the 3-Season Mojave Series in Sandstone / Sage. The tent itself is amazing. We picked it up at their warehouse (where they installed it) and immediately set off for a few days of coldish weather (0degC overnight) camping. Spending a few nights in the tent we had the time to inspect the build quality thoroughly and were very impressed.

The tent's design is thought out and the materials are high quality. The skylight is sweet, the oversized doors and windows offer great views of beyond the surrounding camp site, and the utility straps and boot bags on the underside of the tent are handy design features that differ from other manufacturers. Inside the tent the mattress is firm and sturdy, and is slim but comfortable; the tent material is heavier duty than we expected, and the seams and zippers are all straight, robust, taped and sealed. The travel cover is also very well designed, has tough sealed seams, and extra material in high-wear spots like corners and around the ladder. The tent is designed to pack down with all your bedding inside it - our bedding includes four down pillows and two -15degC, 8lb, sleeping bags and a couple of wool throws. The travel cover is also designed to accommodate the added bedding volume, and covers the tent with all your bedding inside as easily as without.

Overall my impression is that the tent is very well designed and built to last - it's tough. And I feel rewarded for my decision to support a local business with an outstanding product and outstanding customer service.

We bought one of their tents in 2018. It has been the best investment of our lives. We look forward all year to the summer for camping. After almost 60 nights over two summers it is still an amazing tent and we are very happy with our purchase. The newest generation tents are a huge improvement on the solid design with many added features. I recommend these to any avid camper!

Excellent customer service!
Our entire experience with Luke and the Treeline team right from the beginning has been a very positive one! The install of our tent was smooth and easy. After our purchase we were having a little difficulty with the ladder. Luke kindly took a look at it and we ended up switching it out for a new one! Since then we have had zero issues, the tent is of excellent quality, easy to set up and take down. We are very happy with our purchase! We really feel as though we have joined a community of people who are passionate about the outdoors. The support we received both during the purchase of our tent and after has been excellent! I would highly recommend this company for all your rooftop tent needs!

The entire experience, from first contact to final pick up was great. I first contacted Luke with some questions that he answered quickly and with honest information. I struggled to receive answers for similar questions from some other companies I was also considering. The high quality of the Treeline product as well as Luke's great customer service were both large factors in my decision to buy from Treeline. Pick up day was yet another great experience as I was greeted by Luke, Jeff and Jason who installed the tent for me and walked me through my new tent. I spent a lot of time looking at rooftop tents from various suppliers before I stumbled upon Treeline Outdoors.

They had exactly what I was looking for, for a price I was okay with. I sent an email on Sunday night expecting a reply later in the week, but Luke contacted me that night about a tent. About a month & a half ago my partner & I decided to "take the plunge" & purchase a roof top tent (after dreaming/talking about it after a big camping trip in 2017). We watched multiple mounted tent review videos on youtube & conducted what seemed like "endless" research on the "big RTT brands" like Tepui, CVT, FSR, Yakima etc.. (the list goes on)... When we ultimately decided to purchase a Treeline product.

The purchasing experience with Treeline was second to none. The Treeline team was so forthcoming & educational about the quality & functionality of the tent we opted to buy. They allowed us to come by their workshop (despite these uncertain pandemic times) to make sure their tent was a product we really wanted - there was no pressure to buy & Luke was so wonderful & educational with all of my initial inquiries. He even helped us choose a rack that would be dependable for us regardless of the tent we chose & I will be forever grateful for his guidance.

When it came time to finally pick up our tent, we were greeted by Jeff & another member of the Treeline staff (sry I can't remember your name). It was easily one of the hottest days of the year & both of them assisted us in making sure our rack was the right height to accommodate the annexe we purchased in conjunction with our tent. Once the rack was re-adjusted & our new tent was mounted, Jeff graciously took even more time to show us how to set it up efficiently. I was blown away by this customer service experience, especially after discovering the Treeline youtube channel where they explain in detail how to unbox, setup, mount & put away these tents & annexe rooms. The unboxing alone is clearly a lot of work & by the time we arrived for our install appointment they had completed all of the unboxing so our tent was ready for an immediate "no fuss" instillation.

This rooftop tent literally saved our lives.We purchased the 4 seasons ponderosa and absolutely love it. We happened to be in our annex with our two dogs when a freak hail storm hit with hail the size of tennis balls that pelted us for 15 minutes straight. My 4Runner is written off, but our tent sustained minimal damage (a spring pole popped out, a few seams have micro tears, and a couple of buckles broke) and completely protected all four of us from the storm. We were then able to sleep in our cozy, warm, and dry tent that same night. Thank you for making such a high quality product that was able to hold up to that amount and size of hail and the strength of the wind. I don’t know what we would have done if it wasn’t able to hold up in those conditions. I will be recommending this product to everyone considering a rooftop tent.

Amazing product and amazing customer service. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and great to deal with. These tents are unreal. We sold our tent trailer and invested in 2 of these tents, for our family of 5 and have not looked back. We have never camped as much as we do now. Thank you!! My purchase experience of a Tamarack Constellation 4 Season (2-3 Person). Jeff and his team provide quality roof top tents with exceptional customer service. Their in-shop installation was seamless; they fitted the tent to my truck and went through everything I needed to know in detail to set this tent up on my own. The quality and design of their tents IMHO is far better than many others that I have reviewed. Most importantly they 100% stand by their tents quality and have a trusted warranty to back that up. It is piece of mind that if I ever have a problem they are here in Alberta. I would highly recommend visiting the shop in Turner Valley and getting your tent fitted by them.

We just returned from living in this tent for 4 weeks on a trip to the Arctic Circle in the Yukon Territories. We had rain almost every night, so had to put tent away wet every morning, we stayed completely dry every night! The tent performed way beyond our expectations, keeping us warm and dry in very cold, frosty and wet conditions. When we got home we got in touch with Luke at Treeline to ask a few questions and he also exceeded our expectations, which makes their customer service excellent.

Genuinely friendly staff that are knowledgeable, helpful, professional and always available to answer questions. I recently purchased one of their tents and it was a great experience. They never once tried to upsell anything. Matter of fact, they recommended a smaller unit than I was initially interested in because they listened and understood some limitations I had. They made sure I ended up with the best fit and not the most expensive tent. They even took their time to demo a set-up and go over all the details so I get the most out of my new tent.
