The Eau Claire Distillery was such an incredible place to have our wedding!
Jen and Mallory went above and beyond to make our wedding go off without a hitch.
Jen managed the entire event: set up, schedule, flow, bartending, electronics and take down.
I cannot recommend the staff enough, everyone was professional and friendly.
We were lucky to have London create personalized cocktails for our wedding. He made it very difficult to choose a cocktail, as all of them were delicious.
The venue is incredibly unique and offers so many different elements. From the private speakeasy, to the beautiful covered patio, the distillery and the whisky room. These all made for amazing photo opportunities.
I cannot recommend this venue enough. I’m still dreaming of our magical wedding here!

This is an amazing find in Turner Valley. Today we found the Speakeasy Bar and what a delightful surprise. An extensive selection of drinks and great food. The distillery itself has a wide selection of gin whiskey vodka etc
Now we have found this gem we will definitely be back and absolutely worth the drive and fortunately we live 15 minutes away

Found this distillery at the ‘22 Spring Meadows Christmas market; have purchased there cocktail pre-mixed cans a couple times from local stores in Calgary. Found the booth at ‘23 Spring Meadows, picked up another 6-Pack of mixed drinks, and the new Rupert’s Whiskey Cream (so good). The woman I was speaking to on Nov 25, 2023 at the market was very friendly, provided a brief history on the company and offered me a few samples, one of them being the Whiskey Cream. Great products from a great AB craft distillery. Will make sure to make a trip out to Turney Valley in the near future.

We recently reserved Rupert's @ Eau Claire Distillery for an evening out with 30 people. They were so accommodating. The drinks, food, service and atmosphere were amazing. Thank you so much for hosting a wonderful evening out!! I'd highly recommend reaching out to them for your next event.

Family of mine live in Turner Valley & they alway rant & rave about this distillery. Since we were visiting, and they only live 1 block away, I decided to walk over. The Christmas Gin is what made me check out Eau Claire & right off the hop I was impressed. Everything about it is appealing to the eye. I would like to return in the spring/summer, when seating outside would be possible but there were happy patrons seated inside. I picked up too many & was sent back the next day to grab more for friends & family who heard about my experience. We dealt with a very lovely lady who gave us a tasting & although I didn’t get a big bottle, I did enjoy it! Definitely a HUGE selection from bottles to merch. I really loved their story & how they go about making their liquors as well as reading about all their copious awards!!!

First time visiting, which is criminal considering how long they've been here. Phenomenal experience, the staff were very friendly and inviting. The drinks were superb, as was the spinach dip they brought out. Started with a flight of spirits, had an Old Fashioned, and ended with a Mojito. I'll be visiting again, definitely.

It’s not often I get a $200 bill and don’t complain but this is def one of those times.

Love the tap beer and the smoked old fashioneds were pretty darn good, if not a little sweet.

Service was 100 %. Between the trifecta of awesomeness of Alantra (hope that is right), Sarah and Ciara? I was well looked after.

Drinks are on par price wise with what you would expect from a classy establishment so no worries there.

Being a local? I’m sure I will be back 😁 pardon the sauce bottle in the pic……

We stopped by recently for their Winter Market, and on the way out we got a bite to eat. Just a snack, but it was taking quite a while for the food to arrive. They checked on the order without us asking, and came back shortly after... with the wrong order. We waited again, and while we were waiting they went above and beyond to compensate us for the long wait. Again unprompted by us. We were already fans of Eau Claire, but with this sort of customer service we will definitely be making a point of visiting more often.

What a terrific surprise...excellent interesting vibe....completely unexpected find, so happy to have enjoyed food and beverages here.
Staff were tremendously helpful, friendly.
The Ceaser "flight" was fantastic.. Nachos the best ever and the Chacuterie Board was a hit. We will definitely come again.

Thursday evening they hosted a pre party for the Calgary stampede. The food was excellent 👌. The staff and the band were great. The event was really fun. I highly recommend this location.

I recently tried Eau Claire Distillery's canned cocktail Moscow Mule and found it very tasty with a perfect combination of ingredients. FYI...the Caesar is equally delicious!

Great Venue in Turner/Diamond Valley Alberta. Great products and food. Specialty Gin, Vodka & Whiskey. The Speakeasy is awesome with great live local music. All good here.

Eau Claire Distillery honors the original location of the first Movie Theatre in old Diamond Valley with Tuesday movie nights.

Chastity was wonderful at the market when my husband and I came by, she made the effort to take her time and to give us a really fun and educational experience with tons of laughing. We know what our favs are now! It was refreshing to have someone who was so positive, and bright. Thanks again for the great experience.

Awesome distillery close to Calgary in Turner Valley! Go for a beautiful drive and check this place out. They offer some fantastic spirits, and have some unorthodox creations. We enjoyed their location during the COVID-19 pandemic, and they had everything setup responsibly. No shortage of hand sanitizer either ;-)

My favourite Canadian distillery. The staff are always awesome, the food is great and the drinks are stellar.
Definitely worth the drive!

The Eau Claire Distillery is Alberta's first craft distillery. I had been hearing about this place for some time, and yesterday finally had the chance to visit. We were taken on a tour of their on-site production and storage facility, and learned all about the process of distillation, along with some of the area's colourful history with prohibition in the early 1900s. I had no idea that whisky had as much nuance as wine - nor that Alberta had such an intrigue filled history!
This place is a true craft distillery in that they control every aspect of production - from growing their own grains to hand bottling and labeling their batches. From the time I walked through their front door my whole time there was an experience to remember - and to share... from being enveloped by the warm scents of spirit-making to finally getting to taste a "Tom & Cherry" cocktail in the tasting room following the tour (made with their own Cherry Gin). I highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys fine spirits and local culture.

Great staff. We had a tasting and they have me sold on both tonic water and cherry gin (neither of which I liked before). They also have an awesome rye

The lady that greeted us was full of joy and love for her job. Even though we were looking for a beer as opposed to gin, she was happy to direct us to a lovely place in town, and also gave us some great ideas where to camp next time, since the black diamond campground was less than favorable. Just a lovely lovely establishment.

They definitely capture the Speakeasy vibe here. This converted town hall building has interesting design features including a circular staircase and high rounded ceilings.
