Urban Barn Coventry Hills

We finally received our Nixon sofa and are really excited and satisfied with the choice we made. Thank you for all the assistance when we were at the store (3 times). The Urban Barn store we visited had a very homely feel and the best part was we had no pushy sales person on our head which truly made us feel comfortable and gave us our space to look around and to see what we really like. Hopefully the management at this store keeps the same approach to customers.

We will definitely be back as we are still looking around for a jute rug, curtains and possibly a dining table.

Nela made our shopping experience so wonderful. She was able to answer all our questions and accommodate to our shipping request to the best of her ability. The items that we ordered are great quality that come with an awesome warranty program, and we loved that the sectional was a custom piece. This was the first time we went to any Urban Barn and will for sure not be the last.

Update: The sectional we bought went on sale and the ladies working in the store let me do a price adjustment with no problems whatsoever so that's a bonus!

I love the group of woman who work here! Friendly, no pressure sales but are willing to help in any way once asked. The store is always full of surprises, the displays are incredible! Hard to leave empty handed.
I have been in many Urban Barn outlets and this one by far surpasses any other location in Calgary!

Happy to return to this lovely shop post lock-down! The customer service was warm welcoming and helpful. The gift I bought, some Mr. and Mrs. coat hooks, for my friend as a house warming present was adorable and well loved! I felt safe and happy to shop, thanks urban barn.

The staff was friendly, efficient and courteous, with the exception of one sales agent. When I asked this particular sales agent if they had a box set of dinner ware, as the one on display was missing a plate, she said she would check in the back for me. I waited several minutes and could see that she was rearranging items on a self and making no effort to check in the back. I was approached by another sales agent to see if I needed help and told her I was waiting for the first sales agent to check on stock in the back. This sales agent said she is probably in the back and I told her she wasn't, she was still arranging items on shelves. She then asked the first sales agent if she was checking in the back, and only then did the first sales agent go to the back to check on the dinner ware for me.

It was our go fortune to pick the Coventry location (we drove in from Canmore) to visit when shopping for dishes on Sunday!

absolutely awesome! They went out of they’re way to make sure that we got the product we were looking for. The extra time and attention they paid to our request, will bring us back to that store again.

Congratulations to Urban Barn for hiring such superior staff - we will definitely be back!

We redid our family room and purchased everything from the Coventry Hills Urban Barn location. Great experience from selection assistance through to their white glove delivery service. Would highly recommend shopping here!

This is my favorite Urban Barn location. Its a nice big store with lots of parking. The sales team is always friendly and helpful. And the furniture and accessories are beautiful - I think its all made in Canada too!

The gal who looked after me was great. She assisted with picking out some drapery for a bedroom. The choice worked extremely well. The bedroom looks dressed and is dark during the night, allowing for a better night’s sleep.
