The staff are warm, friendly, informative, and truly care to give you the best products for your pets needs. M9st importantly they love pets. This is my only go-to pet store. I highly recommend Pet Valu for all of your pets from kibble, Raw, toys, and natural chews and all other amazing products. Pets from A-Z (not Zebras, of course), they've got it! If there's something you need that the store doesn't stock, ask an associate to speak to the owner, and he will look into meeting your request!

Pet Valu is a fantastic local pet store that is conveniently close to home. One of the things I love about this store is their great hours, making it easy for me to shop for my pet's needs at any time. Yesterday, we had ordered a collar and harness for my little pup. My husband went to pick it up and once he got it home we realized it was too small.
We placed another order for the right size, and my husband went to get it. I want to give a MASSIVE shout out to Emily! She was so quick to get our order ready both times.
When my husband showed up she gave him the receipts and told him how to go about refunding the previous order. She was so busy, definitely getting her steps in 😅.
When he arrived, Emily was answering phones, packaging curbside pick ups, and assisting any way she could. Everyone was looked after and happy.
Both my husband and I have worked retail in our lives and we know just how busy and awful people can be sometimes.
But Emily served everyone with efficiency and was so polite.
She is a huge asset to your team there and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves 😊👍

Awesome DIY Dog wash! Staff were super nice, had every kind of shampoo you could need and conditioner too. They have 2 nice tiled tubs with great garden-style spray nozzels and a super powerful dryer. They even provide aprons, towels, and LIVER TREATS! All for 10$. Im very pleased and will definitely be coming back!

Great pet store. They have a dog wash station that we use to clean our dog. $10 and all the time you need to wash and dry your dog. They have everything you'll need!

I had to return a bag of dog food because my dog had an allergic reaction to it. The staff at Pet Value were so kind and accommodating!

I bring my dog here to bath him. For only $10 dollars they have a special dog bath at the back.
