Last Saturday, we went to Woodgrove Mall. There was this cool QR code scan event happening to receive cash voucher. They always have holiday promotions, gift cards, and lucky draws going on. This place has a bunch of stores, lots of brands, and a clean, bright shopping environment. It's our top choice for shopping with friends and family!

It's an amazing customer service experience today in H&R Block Woodgrove Branch. Start with your receptionist Ms. Priyanka followed by Ms. Jessy very approachable, long patience and a helpful heart. Including Agnes explain and complete my details and extend her help for my application. Also Andrew offered help for me.

I liked their teamwork, and I will recommend you to others

Attended a movie at the cinema and afterward grabbed something to eat at the food court. Both areas were clean and tidy, price of theatre ticket very reasonable ($9.50 CDN), but concession stand typically wayyyy over priced. Large food court very accommodating, extensive selection of a good variety of quality food vendors around perimeter, easy access from all directions. Relatively clean and tidy considering only two cleaning staff on duty doing their best to cover such a large eating area. Public washrooms could use some improvements in maintaining a reasonably clean space. Overall however, this mall is surprisingly well kept, maintains an above average shopping experience with a wide varieties of stores, restaurants and services, easily accessible even for a senior citizen. Excellent number of parking spots available around the entire mall complex, again, with easy access to all sides/entrances of facility. I can easily recommend this location for all shopping needs, especially durong an era when most malls across the country have waned in popularity. I would easily give it 5 stars if not for the wanting condition of the public restrooms.

I love this mall. So bright. Definitely different from Pine Center mall in Prince George.

Lots of store outlets. Big Parking Space.

Food court has diffrent food choices to choose from. Lots of tables and chairs to sit to. Great for social distancing for eating too.

Nice shopping centre on vancouver Island. It has branded store, kids play area and fast food
outlets. The only drawback is closing time is quite early. This place should open bit late atleast till 9pm

This mall has quite a few really good stores! The food court is great! The washroom is clean and hygienic!

The Lush outlet here is my favourite! The store is spacious and cheerful! The mall has stores like Sports Chek, Kernels, The Bay, Winners, Lush, New York Fries, A&W and many more!

The mall has a great parking facility as well!

Love this mall! Located in North Nanaimo in a great area with lots of other stores outside nearby. Easy to navigate, plenty of options, great food court. Has an indoor playground for kids (Flyoland), Spencers, indie clothing stores.

Great place to shop. Prices are good, I don't usually have any trouble finding anything. If not, there always seems to be a friendly employee nearby.

My daughter and granddaughters loved this safe ride inside the clean mall. Good selection of fashion brands throughout the mall. Plenty of parking. We had enough space for the large RV we rented. The food court was vibrant with plenty of choices of various ethnic dishes.

Great mall to shop at. It has almost every kind of store you would need to find what you're looking for. This is a clean mall and has lovely seating areas throughout, for people like myself who need to rest their weary feet, while waiting for their other party(ies) to finish shopping. I would absolutely recommend this mall to anyone who is new to the area, just passing through, as it is right off the old Island Highway, or has lived in Nanaimo for years and never visited/shopped here.

Woodgrove Mall gets 5 stars for the many, many visits I've made here, starting when I was just a wee lil kid and now as an adult in her 20s.

Here's some constructive criticism, if anything, to improve the mall experience: We parked at one of the mall entrances, with a plan to shop inside the mall and eventually wrap up our shopping at Walmart. As planned, we walked from the mall section into Walmart shortly before the mall closed... Only that we definitely didn't realize that we couldn't go back through the mall after closing hours! We ended up having to run through the rain to get back to where we parked at... (lol)

My suggestion may not be worth the hassle overall, but it would be nice if the mall stayed "semi-open" after closing for at least one or two more hours, so folks can use that access to get back to their parking spots. If security is a major factor, maybe it'll work better if it was also with some extra security guards that actively checked in with folks to make sure that they were indeed heading back to their vehicles.

Called guest services today for help with a storefront we weren't certain was open. She told me she would get on it and in no time there were workers helping us with our smoothie orders. Amazing customer service and she told us we could call her back if the problem wasen't resolved. Wish I remembered her name, so sweet and helpful!

Lots of people rushing around to buy meaningless gifts for the lack of attention they give ,to a world of false promises and a country who profits off your honest hard-working people who have high expectations and are sadly disappointed every month cause there's never enough money. For any one. EVER.

A bit busy but always was at Xmas time. Found what I needed and a few extra. Found my cuz working in a store there haha so 5 stars for her store

Nice and clean stores are great love the food court taco time is my favorite dq after 3 monts still no chilli dog only dumm stories.otherwise a great place.
