KFC

In 2021 this location was doing poorly but since they hired the new manager a year ago. Things improved greatly and they opened the inside lobby. Things don't always go smoothly but it's a huge improvement from 2021. Service is usually good, and the food is great too. I hope they keep the manager around for a while!

Just had great experience at the KFC in Nanaimo. The drive thru teller Simon was professional, friendly, and very funny. He provided great service and totally made me laugh. He made sure my order was perfect before I left! Thank you!

I just ordered 16 piece of dark meat, friendly staff, juicy and tender chicken, my sons are very happy.

We drove here a few weeks ago from Parksville to get dinner, us in a rush we grabbed our food and got home, realizing they had forgot some of our food from our order. Obviously I wasn't going to drive another 25 minutes there and back, so we emailed the store, and within the hour the assistant manager had reached out to us, gave us a FULL refund for the entire order (not just the missing food) AND emailed us saying we could come by again for a full re make of our order complimentary. I've never had a business go above and beyond how they did, and we are super appreciative and will be back :) amazing management.

Good service and get your order right !!!! Just one thing they need to season their gravy haha all in all great though

My order was made quick on a hot summer day. Props. I asked for cutlery to go as I was moving and they threw in some paper plates! 5*

My husband just loves their chicken. It was so good they ran out of chicken in the other location. Make sure you eat it with someone, it's more enjoyable ☺

Super fast service, great workers

Always stop to get some KFC when we make the trip over the hump from Port Alberni. Really wish they didn't close the KFC in Port. Big crunch or 4 piece chicken meal is my go to KFC meals.

Changing my review. Last 4 weeks for some reason I don't know what happen but the quality of the food went through the roof and I was extremely satisfied on my recent order.

Totally worth it, delicious food, the employees are super nice but the people in the back are always giving you the stink face. I get it, one person shouldn't eat a 12pc meal to themselves but it's not illegal.

Very friendly staff and Manager.Food is great as well. Will definitely come back here but not the other branch in 6896 N Island Hway.We used to go there always but now no more.

We went for the the Taco Bell 1/2 of the restaurant. The food was the same great quality as it has always been. Service was good and the place was clean.

Chicken is still great, but they are understtaffed and only have the drive-through open.

Please continue to be kind to the workers there!

Good chicken meals with a wide selection of interesting food choices. It's all good, & staff are very friendly. Tues they have specials, & lotsa good coupon deals. I like it!!

Good chicken, when i need a fried chicken fix i pass through here. good service and clean place always seems quiet during the week which is nice

Had a good experience every time I love spicy chicken sandwiches fast service kitchen was clean service was friendly amazing place to eat in the mall :)

Fast and friendly. Surprisingly calm and organized for the only KFC outside of the mall. Keep up the good work!
