My now fiance had the best experience at this store and managed to pull off the biggest surprise proposal ever with the help of Vicki, Sandy and Barb. Sandy went way above and beyond for my husband to be. Definitely recommend this store as I am very hard to surprise.

I would like to commend all the wonderful ladies at People’s here in Nanaimo. They gave my wife and myself excellent service resizing our wedding bands. Thank you to the great staff for giving us excellent service.

DJ at Peoples in Nanaimo was phenomenal. She was so helpful, kind and patient while we each chose a piece of jewelry in honour of our Mother.

Unfortunately I had to return my items. I felt bad, but need to buy a laptop with my Flexiti card. She didn’t make me feel guilty in any way.

Hey there, a HUGE shoutout to the wonderful service , atmosphere and concern for the clients in the Nanaimo BC store. After the traumatic experience in Courtenay , I reached out to Vickie in the Nanaimo store and explained what had happened in Courtenay and the ring We were ordering. Immediately she apologized on behalf of the company and expressed that she would be more than happy to help us and apologized that we were driving 90 minutes to get to her location. Sandy took care of us immediately as Vickie was with another customer and the ring was ordered within moments. Everything was explained step by step, she enquired about where we were from originally and was genuinely interested in our story. Fast forward 6 weeks later, I was called to let me know the ring was in and they were so excited to see it with my set. The remembered our names and my husbands support dogs name! Our 6 month ring checks are in November and the ladies expressed they looked forward to seeing us again. that’s a far cry from the awful service and experience we received in Courtenay from Shannon the store manager. Vickie and Sandy are not only the example of what good customer service is but should be your benchmark as a company. Thanks
