Call It Spring

Had to buy shoes last minute for a formal event due to a broken heel. On a Black Friday weekend. I had already been to 4 stores. Things were not looking good.

I’ll try Spring, I thought. I’d shopped in Mississauga in the past, and they never let me down.

I find a pair that is exactly what I need, but it’s the last pair, and they’re a size up. They were a touch too big, but enter Justin to just save my sanity. I worked retail for years so trust me when I say, the service from Justin was PHENOMENAL. Not only was I shown options to help with my comfort, but I was treated with genuine kindness.

Thank you Justin for your kind and supportive assistance during an incredibly busy weekend, and to Kaitlin for your warmth and cheer. I don’t remember the last time I had such a pleasant retail experience during the holidays, and you both deserve major kudos for being so nice under pressure. You will undoubtedly save many holiday parties this season with your fantastic service!

The ladies here are wonderful and helpful!! Minus the Spanish one with black hair she never even said hi and just kind of stood there doing nothing. Found the pair of shoes I needed and I was helped quickly by the other staff. Will shop here again

I was here 3 days in a row, two of these days was getting help from a very sweet girl name KATELYN,She was above and beyond to make a customer leave satisfied and happy.These kind of services nowadays should be appreciated and prized.During all these time although she had mask on but I could feel her smile and positive energy during a fantastic service.Bless Katelyn🙏🏽🌺🙏🏽🌺

I had fantastic service from a man who was working double time to serve all customers tonight. It's not often you get such friendly and helpful service when it's so busy.
