I am so grateful that I took my grumpy, scared old cat here for an examination and testing. I had been struggling for awhile and was put in a pretty stressful position - and they were extremely informative, kind, efficient, and reasonably priced.
Dr. Malhi seemed incredibly knowledgeable (I've been to a lot of vets) and followed up with me quickly. I also wish I asked for the name of the vet tech because she was absolutely lovely and I will forever be impressed at her ability to calm Merlin and not get eaten! Definitely recommend - clean, professional, and welcoming space.

The vet assistant and doctor were super nice to my kitten and she just couldn’t stop purring even when she was getting vaccinated! They were responsible and patient to all my questions as a new client to the clinic. The price is pretty fair compared to other vet hospitals in south surrey/white rock, the service is great and it is open until late night so it is definitely a good vet clinic to go.

We highly recommend the clinic. Brought our pup in today as he was in distress. Could not walk, was wining in discomfort with diarrhea. We were very worried. The staff here are amazing, kind and knowledgeable. The Dr. was very patient and took his time with the exam and was extremely attentive and listened to our concerns. He did not try to upsell or push expensive exams and diagnostics on us. He explained different scenarios and gave us a prescription and told us to monitor him over the next couple of days. If things got worse then he would recommend further testing. We are extremely grateful for his honesty and expertise. We did not walk out of there with an empty wallet. We have always had dogs in our lives and have been burned by many veterinarians who prey on loving pet owners. Thank you to all the staff here. Once again we are extremely grateful and will always bring our loved furry pets here. THANK YOU!

A few weeks ago I had an appointment at a different clinic to have my cat put to sleep as she was elderly and rapidly declining from CKD. We couldn't make the scheduled appointment and her regular vet wasn't available again for some time, so I called Grandview to see if they would be willing to help me with this very difficult moment so as not to prolong her suffering. From the moment they picked up the phone, they were incredibly kind and helpful and offered to see us the same day. Every person there, and Dr. Malhi especially, were compassionate and gentle and did everything they could to make my Theo's journey over the rainbow bridge peaceful and pain free. I am so very grateful to all of the staff there: thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking care of both of us and for giving my sweet girl such a gentle and loving send off.

My cat had an in grown claw and the whole staff was amazing. I didn't realize she wasn't groomer herself since her mate passed suddenly and it clearly got out of hand. Luna was treated with such kindness and they were such a blessing

The vets and staff at Grandview Animal Hospital are so kind and caring. They truly want the best for your pets and don't try to rob you in time of concern for your pet. Their hours are amazing as well and much appreciated.

I had a really good experience at this hospital. Staff is super helpful and the doctor I saw was equally nice and competent. My pup had bloody diarrhea and I was scared because it was late evening and I couldn't afford going to emergency. I saw Dr. Manish, he had a very calm demeanor and his treatment worked.

Grandview Hospital is open late, which is convenient, as we all know everything happens "after hours," compassionate, friendly, and warm staff members who truly care about their customers, especially the four- legged ones. My personal experience was very, very good. At a time where I felt scared and unsure, the staff member assisting, and the Doctor made the situation better by staying calm, professional, and walked me through the process.
No pressure afterwards spending time with the passing of our dog, payments, or decisions on what we would be doing. Pricing for most services and consults are lower than most hospitals and the care and service received was exceptional.

I was getting my little 6 month old kitten, Yang, neutered and the usual vet I go to was completely booked till October and I couldn't wait that long. He was trying every attempt to get out of the house and consistently yowl since there are stray cats in the area.

This clinic was very responsive when I called them and was able to fit me in a few days later. The receptionist was nice and informative. She briefly told me the process and broke down the costs. It was only $160 including the microchip and nail trim. I also got to meet the cute resident cat on site, Murdoch, while in the waiting room!

When I picked him up later, I was shocked when another nurse/receptionist cashed me out and didn't explain to me any aftercare. She was very friendly, I believe her name was Christa? So after I asked her, she told me he didn't really need anything special since male kittens make a quicker recovery. He didn't get any cone or pain meds. Very different from getting my dog fixed. I was initially concerned, but surprisingly he didn't even lick the incisions. Just cleaned up the area around it. I'm happy that they didn't shave his entire belly area either. After only 2 days, he was back to running around and playing like NBD, A week later and he's healed with no complications! Thank you, Grandview, for such a quick and easy process!

The clinic itself was very clean and modern. Pricing is also reasonable. The other clinic I go to is older, busy and cheaper. However, because of that, they're always rushing and treat the patients like cattle. It's nice to go to a place where they're willing to take time to talk and listen to you. I think I'll be coming here as my main from now on.

I absolutely love this vet I brought my old dog here to have him cremated. They treated me and him with up most kindness. I knew when I got another dog I would be bringing her there. Today I brought my new dog who is 3.5 years old and abit scared of men dr manesh was soo soo kind to her she actually liked him and it made the whole vaccination process wonderful for the both of us. He was soo kind didn’t push anything I didn’t want and listened to any concerns I had I will forever be a customer of this vet highly recommend !!!

The vet here was just lovely. Very calm and easy with our reactive pup. Staff were all very sweet, too.

They are hands down the most caring facility I have ever been to. Keeping in mind that this is not normally my clinic of choice. They didn’t even know me. They were awesome. Thank you for caring about how I felt.

They were wonderful today. Got us in with our young kitty right away after she had a seizure out of the blue. The Dr was so kind, very good with her and didn't push me for
anything. Their prices were very reasonable and fair, I thought it would be much more. Highly recommended them.

The staff here are great and super helpful. You can get an appointment on short notice which is nice. The place is always clean and well kept.

About a week or so ago I took my dog in because I thought he may had part of a stick stuck in his throat, that he picked up and chewed on our earlier walk.that day. The vet themselves was on house call that evening but the receptionist Rosey was so amazing. Very knowledgeable, and helpful. Even though we didn’t get him examined by the vet I felt assured with her service that he will be fine. She gathered from the questions she asked me that he probably had hurt the inside of his mouth and it was a bit painful to chew. And could cause access drooling. Sure enough the next morning he was feeling better, eating more and was back to him old self again. Thank you again for the great service. 😊

Best place to take your pets, I bring all my animals here and have never had a problem. Doctors are kind and friendly.

Amazing place and they’re open late! We usually have digesting issues with our dog when all places are closed and this hospital was able to help us on a short notice. They were able to quickly identify the reason, provide necessary medication and we had quiet and peaceful night without any problem. Our dog is feeling much better today. We had issues with late night hospitals in Los Angeles, they have long waiting time (appointments at 4 am) and taking advantage of emergencies (a few thousand dollars). These people are great and honestly trying to help. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back for a check-up!

I recently had to put my fur baby to sleep.Although it was a very painful experience, the staff were so wonderful.the sympathy card 4 weeks later was an added touch. Other clinics can learn from these special staff members and Dr.i do not even live in the area,refered by my son but will be back if I have another pet.

We’ve taken all 3 dogs here for couple years now and very happy with the care we receive. Very easy to book an appointment and never have to wait weeks to see a Dr…..like we did at our previous clinic. All the staff are very pleasant and gentle with our dogs. Our new anxious rescue actually LOVES going here and gets really excited when we pull up. Both Dr. Mahli & Dr. Manesh are great, very thorough and excellent at explaining. Prices are reasonable as well. Would highly recommend this place
