It was my first time at this Best Buy and I was helped by an associate named Elyas. He had extensive knowledge about many products and guided me in the right way as to what components to purchase for my new PC. He also throughly explained warranty procedures to me which was great because I was very unsure before. He was very polite and very understanding. Awesome experience at Best Buy!

Recently we went to this South surrey location to purchase a laptop, the store manager and staffs were so kind, welcoming, attentive and helpful.
Yash, asked us clearly what we are looking for and he did some search and found us best deals and explained the pros and cons of each. Kashish was so helpful and he explained well about financing options, Shree was very interactive and the billing process was too quick. It was a overall happy experience with this bestbuy location😊

Needed a new dishwasher and tried a couple of local appliance stores and they had no stock of the one I wanted until Feb next year. I didn't have high hopes for Best Buy but they not only had the model I wanted in stock but it was able to be delivered and installed in less than a week. I had a lot of questions about hooking it up in an old building and the worker in the department (Harrison I think?) was very helpful and answered all the questions I had and made sure we got the correct power socket. He also got us set up with an installer who took our old machine too for a reasonable extra fee. Everything was well organized and I got several calls about precise delivery times. Delivery guys and installer were all professional and polite. The whole process went way more easily than I thought!

I have had only good experiences at this location. Purchased an induction stove, a tablet and a printer in the last year. Friendly Service, good pricing and easy access (parking)

Had the most pleasant experience with Gursheen in the appliance department. We need to completely outfit our new home after it is built several months from now. Even though we told her we were not prepared to purchase anything today, Gursheen did not hesitate to share her considerable knowledge and recommendations about the new models and their features. We now feel better educated as to what to look for and we are keen to come back when the time comes to make a purchase. Thank you Gursheen and the other friendly staff at this location.

Great service by the electronics team, did a great job to greet an ask if I needed anything an assisted in finding the product I was looking for, the experience was very quick an efficient. Will return to best buy based on service alone. Thank you.

Despite the smaller size for a Best Buy, they really do have a great stock level of things consumers typically are looking to buy. If it's not in store, one of the friendly associates will happily assist you with getting it ordered to your house. Very clean store, friendly staff, and the Geek Squad at this location are great as well. Will keep coming back!

Best buy Langley is the best place to shop for electronics. I personally found it way better than Surrey outlet. I bought a Samsung tablet A8 (black, no where available other than this outlet), Razor keyboard and mouse, and few other accessories. Furthermore, I recommend this store to everyone.

When me and my dad went here Raghav and Ikvir were the people to support us, they were the best people i had ever talked to. In fact they treated me so well that i am now applying for a job at this best buy.

Just bought a laptop last week and the thing I liked most was staff there knew when to back off and let me compare the merchandise at my own speed and when to jump in and answer any questions I had. My experience was very good. because of this I feel my choice was mine and mine alone not something pushed on me buy an overbearing salesman. good job best buy!

I don't usually leave reviews but the customer service I experienced in the store compels me to. I walked into the store about 5 minutes ago, looking for a way to adapt a controller to my PC in order to play games differently. Immediately I headed off to the direction I presumed the device would be in. Before I could even begin to properly search, an employee (sad I didn't get his name) greeted me, pointed me in the right direction, helped me choose the best one for my needs, answered all my questions (as he owned the same model as we were looking at) and convinced me it was worth spending $70 instead of the $40 I was originally working on. I would like to thank this employee and guarantee I will be back if they keep up customer service like that.

Had an issue with Geek Squad product return. Dealt with the general manager in the South Surrey store. He was patient, understanding, acknowledged where things could have been done differently, and within a reasonable amount of time got back to me with an acceptable solution. I would refer this bestbuy in a heartbeat.

Had quick ,informative service from Matt about my refrigerator water filter and then spoke to Ryan about a new phone… Ryan took the time to explain choosing the right phone for my needs… Will definitely be back and recommend them to friends

Splendid services! Moin, General Manager, delivered superior customer services and displayed best behavior. All staffs are excellent and always smiles and willing to serve and approaches before you ask for assistance. Strongly recommended to visit this store.
