Bobby monsterbelly. I've been coming to this store for 5 years and sometimes there multiple times a day. And have never once experience anything like you are stating. Are you sure it wasn't you having a bad day? I actually heard the story from the employee you're talking about and his side is a lot different. But hey that's the way the world works. And as for the junkies outside. Ya I personally have told them to beat it because they smoke their drugs right in front of the door even when there are kids before and after school. The employees are only looking out for their customers. I love this store and the people that work their. Every single one of them. Because of how I am treated when I go in. You insulting them on your review just goes to show the level you're at. So.i don't believe your story for a second. Anyways just thought I'd share my experiences as well. Keep up the good work guys.

Been coming to this store for around 4 years now. Never had any issues with the employees, always very friendly and know how to greet their customers with a smile and a small talk! They know their regular customers and what they want when they come in the store.

Whenever I come to Surrey to visit family, I pop into this store for coffee and lottery tickets (I figure maybe I would be lucky winning the lottery in this Province as I have no luck in Alberta, LOL). I don’t know that I’ve ever been into a friendlier and more courteous convenience store. When you walk in, everyone is greeted with warmth and the staff are genuinely happpy you came in. Even pets are acknowledged. A good way to judge the authenticity of a person is how they treat animals. This store leaves out a water bowl for visiting dogs and attached a hitch to the post so their leash can be easily tied to it. I think many convenience store owners should visit this store and learn what genuine customer service means. Every small business is bottom line driven, and if you want to see your profits increase, providing excellent customer service will show a positive return on investment.

Always stocked with the tasty 5/10 cent candies. When i cross into canada, this is my first stop for some sour keys, licorice and a cream soda slurpee!

Very friendly staff. Always ready to crack a joke and make me laugh. They usually have some sort of bogo deal going on to. Highly recommended!

The shop owner and his wife are some of the friendliest people I have let, very humble and nice! Also a large selection for the late night munchies!
