Jim at Pet Valu in Castlegar goes above and beyond! He has been extremely helpful and has even came in on his days off to ensure that my order has arrived alright. He cares and it shows! Very knowledgeable and friendly. It is so refreshing and means the world to me and my pets!

Really nice, caring people work here and own this place. Purchased some little critters and housing here a year and a half ago and again more recently and am very happy with all.

Great store! Lots of everything from fish to lizards, cats and dogs. Staff are very friendly and obviously love animals!

The staff here are super friendly and helpful. People are comfortable bringing their pets in with them. Then store has everything you could need for your pets. You can get your tags printed and your dog's waged right there in the store! Our one stop pet shop in the West Kootenays.

Nice, clean pet store. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the selection is great. We love the pet wash stations and bring our pugs frequently. My kiddo loves looking at the "cat snakes" (ferrets).

Amazing people to get something with. Got some fish and they were so healthy. The fish are still my favorite aspects to my living quarters. The staff were so knowledgable and answered all questions I came up with.

I locked my cat and keys in my truck and the employees were very nice and calming and one of them even let me use their BCAA. Wonderful staff, wonderful place.
