Visited 11 yesterday, was warmly greeted by Paul. We had lots in common with the Toronto bike scene. 11 is like a bike museum, selling premium brands, in a beautiful environment.

My journey with The 11, a premier destination for high-end road bikes, has been nothing short of exceptional. Last year, I ventured into the world of elite cycling by purchasing a Pinarello Dogma F from The 11, a decision influenced by both the shop's stellar reputation and a recommendation from a friend. This investment marked the beginning of a rewarding relationship with the store and its commendable dedication to quality and customer satisfaction.

This year, I decided to upgrade my daughter's ride from a Cervelo S3 to the latest Factor Ostra Vam. The trade-in process was seamless, underscoring The 11's commitment to accommodating their client's evolving needs. In the beginning of November, a colleague informed me that The 11 Inc. was having an in-store sale. I went to check it out and had my eye on the new Bianchi Oltre Pro demo bike on sale. Paul who was the sales associate gave me a quick walkthrough and set me up with an appointment with Heath (owner) to see if the bike fits my body measurements. I met Heath, very down to earth type of guy and passionate about cycling. He sized me and the bike was a near perfect fit. My experience was the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and best of all courteous, and they love to chat about anything cycling - plus there wasn't any pressure to purchase anything - they just wanted to make sure you're happy with your purchase. I ended up purchasing the Bianchi and Heath went above and beyond my expectations with advise and even threw in a saddle upgrade - just because the saddle fit me well. I would definitely recommended anyone who is looking for local bike that take care of them, not just from a sales perspective but genuinely caring to solve your cycling needs.

This was my first time to the 11 bike shop , it was well worth the 4 hour drive . Heath and Chris were top notch to deal with . They worked with me to find the ideal bike fit and then found the perfect bike setup . There was no presure at all to buy anything, they truly want there customers to be happy with there purchase. Chris helped me to upgrade a "modest project bike" for a trip I am planning to do oversea. He went above and beyond to resolve all incompatibilities found through the process.
The store has it's own glamour with a selection of amazing bikes.

Not only is Heath willing to spend the time BEFORE you buy a bike from him, but anytime you need a quick check or adjustment he and the team are willing to help anytime. This is a serious shop for serious bikes...but that means you get the best quality in everything they sell...to go along with the impeccable service!

Heath was super helpful with the bike fit service they offered in-store. Although my bike was not purchased through them, I still received great service and recommendations to get me fitted properly.

Call me old-fashioned, but I miss the in-person, hands-on and personal sales experience. The local neighbourhood store owner who would recognize your face, call you by name, greet you with a smile, guide you through your options, problems or solutions, and take a genuine interest in who you are, where you live and your interests. Unfortunately, with the rapid pace of consumerism - customer service and attention to detail have often taken a back seat to big-box throughput and economies of scale.

So I was pleasantly surprised with my experiences with The 11 Bicycle shop at Shops at Don Mills.

Being fitted before I purchased seemed like it should be a logical step in the process, but that was the first indicator that this experience would be something different as the owner, Health Cockburn, matter-of-factly said to me, "How else could we sell you any bike until understanding how you would fit on the bike and if your physical mechanics will be in harmony to the bike you have in mind." BTW the 'fit' was simply part of the process, not an additional exorbitant cost.

Don't get me wrong, bike manufacturers and retailers have similar issues with other global products such as cars, appliances, furniture etc, - logistics and distribution challenges leading to shortages, inflation and long wait times; my Bianchi Sprint purchase took several months to source, but it was the informative care and consideration and the overall experience that I'm so impressed with, almost as much as the brilliant Celeste colour on my Bianchi Sprint!

I did not buy my pinarello from them, but they helped me with authentication of my few year old Pinarello. The staff even gave me an outline how often to lube and clean the bike. I felt very welcoming even though, I did not purchase from them. I am more than happy to have them in area. I also often feature their bikes on my youtube channel Ivans Bikes . In that case we spread the word about the The 11 Inc. Truly five star rating from me.

I had an exceptionally positive experience at this store. After visiting several bike shops over the past few weeks, I can confidently say that this was by far the best. Heath was outstanding to work with. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences and made me feel valued as a customer. It was evident that he was genuinely interested in helping me find the right bike, rather than simply making a sale. I highly recommend this store to anyone in search of a new bike.

This review is so overdue. Everyone at 11Inc are truly genuine and respectful people. Everyone there made my bike purchasing experience very exciting and treated me with the utmost respect. Heath took the time to walk me through every step of the process. From the professional bike fitting experience to placing the order right to keeping me posted on when the bike would be delivered. I truly recommend 11 Inc for your next bike purchase. I will only be going to 11 Inc for bike tune ups clothing etc.

Tantalizing experience from the moment you step up to the front doors of this shop. I purchased my dream road bike, a BMC Road Machine01 from the shop proprietor, Heath. True professional through and through. Feel free to stop by for a fresh espresso and bottle of cold water anytime.

If you are shopping for a new bike or any bike related products. The 11 store is a great place to go. Paul and Tommy are very friendly and helpful. 100% will go back. Well worth it.👍

TLDR; Expect up to a week for repair services, even minor adjustments. Definitely not a place where you can stop by for quick service. Mechanic named Chris there is an angel and he deserves a raise.

As expected very high end store, lots of expensive stuff that reflects the current state of the road cycling market. If you've got a bunch of money to spend this is the place to do it. I came in for gear adjustment (index) and inspection on my road bike, which was not purchased from them.

I was disappointed when the guy at the front (assume hes the owner/manager, I didn't get his name) said it would take up to a week since there were other bikes before me. I asked if they could just do the gear adjustment only, was told it would still take that long. Literally anywhere from 1-5 days for gear adjustment, no inspection. Since I use it for commuting and errands I couldn't leave it there. If you are a weekend warrior you can easily drop your bike off on Monday and get it back before the weekend. You would expect them to be a little less busy when it's cold out but The 11 obviously has great mechanics that are desired year round.

Anyway, I was just going to leave but a mechanic from the back named Chris came over and said he could adjust my gears quickly it if there wasn't a major issue (there wasn't, it just needed to be indexed correctly). Well he did it in under 5mins and am very grateful and delighted to see that Chris was able to put aside lengthier services for my quick adjustment. I don't know much about running a bike shop, but in my opinion this is how it should be run. The customers that require major services wouldn't notice that their mechanic stopped to work on another bike for 5 minutes. 5+ stars for Chris.

So it seems like the sales and repair department aren't quite on the same page or Chris simply made an exception for me. Guy at the front seemed indifferent about whether I could get the bike back in a week or 5 mins. Didn't even ask the mechanic if he could fit in a quick adjustment, so my situation definitely seemed like a one time thing only. Yes I know they are busy, first come first serve, it says 2-5 days turn around on website, blah blah blah. The 2-5 day range is for tune-up packages, so I thought they'd be able to do quick adjustments on the spot. It is clear that they don't/ prefer not to, or at least the guy at the front didn't. I would only come if you need major overhaul/ adjustment or diagnosing.
