Love Brooks Bros as their clothes fit me perfectly! Love their timeless classics and love that their clothes are built to last. The staff is beyond knowledgeable and they know what works what doesn't what is well made and which is better made! They work hard on making sure you get what you want even if they don't have your size on site. Kudos to Tyrone and his staff for running a great operation.

I love their men's Milano Chinos, with 2% spandex. The Spandex seems to allow the material to last longer and no fade as quickly. Today at their Don Mills store, the sales person Navia was super helpful, as all their sales person normally are. Today though, without her help, I would not have found a pair of casual pants with a darker blue than the regular chinos and for 40% off.

I have been shopping here for years since they were originally at the Bayview Village location. All of the staff members show such attention to detail and really care about their customers. Tyrone and Ilka are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I will continue to be a customer here.

Paul’s sense of men’s fashion is on a whole another level. He helped us find the perfect suit for our wedding and even gave us the contacts for alterations that does rush jobs since we only have 4 days to alter the suit. We happened to land a really amazing sale too. Definitely a fantastic shopping experience for me and my fiancé.

I had a great experience here due to the amazing customer service Coolridge provided. He instantly knew what sizes would fit best and his recommendations regarding colour and style were perfect. Very friendly with a great sense of humour as well, will definitely be coming back!

I ran in trying to get a last minute shirt for a wedding and the guy was so helpful at finding the right size/fit/colour, and I was out within 10 minutes with a beautiful shirt that fit perfectly. Brooks Brothers is always a great experience, but was truly surprised at how skilled and situationally aware the staff were this time!

Went to the physical store at Don Mills to make an exchange on an online purchase. The shirt I bought online was the right size but wrong fit. The sales associate Paul was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. Paul advised me to try the Milano fit for the same shirt and it was perfect. Makes me wonder why I even bother with online purchases. I'll be shopping here more often now.
