I have enjoyed the services of this beauty boutique at Don Mills Centre, previously Murale for many years. I feel it appropriate the give a special shoutout to Tammy, the aesthetician on site for all the great advice and wonderfully relaxing facials. The store is low pressure, relaxing and spacious. I go out of my way to buy my makeup and skincare here. Highly recommended.

Was shopping for a gift for my wife. Ended up getting a Chanel perfume and I was assisted by a salesperson Talar, who helped my decide the right fragrance by asking me questions.
She is very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.

I have been going to this location for their brow service for 5+ years now. The staff always greets us with a smile and are quick to offer help. Tammy’s customer service is unmatched, she is caring, attentive and creates a perfect brow. We will continue to come back for her exceptional service!

I received outstanding customer service at this store and felt compelled to compliment the staff. I initially went to the SDM store in Fairview mall to make a return and was told they could not do the return because they don’t carry that brand. So after leaving there a bit annoyed I stumbled upon this store and had an entirely different experience. Warmly greeted by Tammy she explained all of my options for the return. She then got her colleagues Laura and Anna involved who a) advised that the first store was wrong not to take the item and b) worked on a plan to impact my points the least.

They really went above and beyond to help me while still ensuring the other customers were served. It was a wonderful experience and I’ll definitely recommend this location to others. I’ll be back!

Whether it be brows or shopping for products the team at Beauty Boutique has always been amazing, and the store has always been clean and inviting (especially during the pandemic!). I have been getting my brows done by Tammy, in addition to shopping here for a few years now and have NEVER been disappointed. It's just that simple; Tammy is the absolute best. Every appointment Tammy is always incredibly accommodating and considerate; you really know you're getting the best when you visit! I couldn't recommend Beauty Boutique more and I wouldn't dream of anyone other than Tammy doing my brows!

Had a service done by Tammy, today. She is the most kind person and so knowledgeable and wonderful at her job. She made me feel very comfortable during the service and it is very clear she takes so much pride in her clients and her work. I felt amazing afterwards. My teenage daughter had her brows shaped by the talented team of Faye and Tammy, who worked together on the outline of the brows so we can visualize the final shape. Tammy took great care in her work, and all hygienic protocols were followed. Every product, tool and technique that was needed was used to ensure that the experience was top notch; the end results speak for themselves: the brows are shaped beautifully and the area under the brows were just a little pink when done, and completely subsided within 2 hours. Highly recommend!

I walked in the day before a wedding, with no makeup experience, and asked for someone to walk me through a makeup routine. Faye was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! I really appreciate her assistance and I'm looking forward to knocking the wedding photos out of the park :)

Over the top service from this amazing woman Desiree. From the time we walked in my niece and I felt so welcome and at ease as Desiree welcomed us and briefed us with the safety and procedure in the store. She asked the right questions and helped my niece picked up all the cosmetics that she wanted. Desiree was so attentive and very knowledgeable on the products where she made recommendations and made our shopping experience an unforgettable one. Thank you very much Desiree for the exceptional / over the top service that my niece and I experienced.

Great, friendly customer service from the staff. I was greated with a smile and was given space to browse without feeling pressure to buy. They are compliant with COVID-19 restrictions, and had paper cards to show me colors of lipsticks. I notice there some comments on google saying all the staff are from the same race. Today when I went in I noticed this is NOT the case - they have a culturally and age diverse staff, and I really appreciate this.

The Beauty Boutique is my absolute go-to for eyebrows and makeup! Tammy is the BEST esthetitian, i’ve been going to her for years and my brows are always PERFECTION!! I also love going to get my makeup done for special events, and Faye is my go-to makeup artist ❤🫶🏻 Absolutely love and trust my ladies at beauty boutique!

I just finished having a lovely makeover for a wedding, and I can not rave more about how amazing my makeup looks. Amanda did such a fantastic job, she made me look better than the Chanel girl! The rest of the team was amazing with my 2 year old while she was making me over They treated her like a princess, I couldn't be more thankful.

My experience today at Murale was fantastic. I decided to pop in to the store to take advantage of the FAB and FREE gift. When I entered the store, I was approached by a member of staff who offered to put a bag on hold for me after telling me that they only had 2 left in stock. Thank you so much to the team for being so helpful.

Theresa was AMAZING! She is the most helpful and UN-RUSHED associate I have ever met! 5 * for her going out of her way to help us find what we need down to the fine details! She made sure we didn't have a doubt in our mind before cashing us out! Also showing us what's popular and narrowing down to what scent worked on me personally.

Pretty good selection of high end makeup and skincare.
Bonus is that you can use your optimum card to gain points and redeem. Better to purchase here than Sephora. Only downfall is they don’t have the same return policy as Sephora. You are stuck with the product once it has been opened.
