Every time I come to Toronto, McEwan Foods is a must. Every department has a myriad of choices at top quality with service from excellent staff. I always seem to find that one item that I can not find at McEwan Foods. All employees treat me like family which makes my shopping experience that much better. Alyssa will always go above and beyond to get me what I need and George is an amazing manager. Thank you everyone at McEwan Foods.

My first time visiting McEwans Fine Foods.
It is a very busy store filled with decadent foods. Foods that any high end Chef or one who enjoys the finer things in life might savour.
McEwan’s has high end products that are not found in other places. Of course the prices are higher but you are getting quality for the gourmet meals you want to make .

I only write reviews when I think I have experienced THE VERY BEST customer service,, and today, I did!
This AMAZING customer service person's name is Alyssa, (I probably spelled her name wrong, oops!) and she went beyond being kind, thoughtful, sweet, professional, and just like I said, amazing, in every way!! I don't even think she is the manager but she definitely should be because she knows how to deal with people and leaves a very long lasting impression on the people she deals with! I will go back to this store simply because I know that the customer service there is amazing and the food they sell tastes even better because of service like this!!!!

Found Another place where they sell the croissant wheel. Though this one has a different variety of flavours. They Have; Tutti Cream, Hazelnut, Lemon, and Chocolate. Though they are introducing some new flavours once in a while just check there page.

This place has a great selection and you can find things you don't in other places. The prices are really high, so I expect good quality. Deli is up to it, and I am happy with it. I had an issue with the desserts but the costumer service is excellent. They reached out to me and after a second try, they have certainly fixed the issue. Everything is really tasty.

Lovely store, packed to the gills with quality meets, cheeses, bottled sauces, and so on. I always enjoy the hot/cold food counter. Only knock, really, is the high prices, but you do get a premium experience. I really respect Chef McEwan, and this store reflects his brand well.

We ordered Easter dinner at McEwan. The food is definitely fine dinning quality. The beef tenderloin was amazing. Not cheap but this is one of the best food you can have during lockdown.

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into McEwen's, it's got such great variety for the space & it's so much bigger on the inside then I would have guessed!
From ready made meals, deli, produce, cookware, body care, it was all there!
I kind of expected the prices to be bougie rich, but it was a range depending on the source like bakery vs veggies. But the quality was undeniable, I found my vegan cheese & gluten free items easily.
There are high end items, so you have a selection, but you do have more average grocery store pricing for great quality food. A mix, but definitely a foodie haven, if you love food you need to try this place out... They have the most unique products, chocolate skulls & dessert sushi to name a few! I have been converted, has way better quality items then my local grocery store. They sell flowers, greeting cards & pharmacy type things, but specialty market items you don't see everywhere! Great for last minute presents or doing a party, they do catering as well. This grocery store is well worth a try & then you walk around this beautiful mall after. Parking close by in the parkade or on the street, lots of other local stores for shopping like LCBO & Starbucks (special location with cold brew coffee). Mornings can be busy, afternoons seem better, lots of staff available to assist if you have questions. They use paper grocery bags & plastic. The staff are very nice & thoughtful.

Big high end grocery store conveniently located in the vibrant Shops of Don Mills with prepared meals you can enjoy in the dining area.

I enjoyed a delicious and healthy chicken rice and veggie dish. Chicken was a little dry but overall it was better than most prepared meals you normally get in grocery stores.

Overall nice atmosphere.

Love it here. Great food and great service. The ready made pastas are a hit with the whole family, and a healthier alternative to drive through food.

There is no grocery store quite like McEwan’s. It is bright and airy. It’s crazy clean and everyone is so helpful and nice. When I ask for something they take me right to it. Their selections of everything are the best is the best and truthfully for a high end shop their prices do not gouge you. I am a huge fan of their cheese selection from Cheese Boutique. Vast array of treats and omg the veg are top notch. This is also a store that gives back. They are so generous at helping feed those in need. Yet another great reason to put your dollars here.

Excellent service thus far, and I mean excellent - especially the butcher's area and dessert/confectionary/cheese area.

Products are expensive but I know I am getting quality fresh food!

It's a little pricey, but I find you get what you pay for. I've ordered one of their churro cakes for an event and it was excellent. I would also recommend their flattened chicken, morrocan salad and twice baked potato. They also have lovely produce and fresh cut flowers. I wouldn't recommend doing your whole grocery shop here, but it's an excellent specialty store

It's pricey, but take a look at the deli counter! Beautiful sandwiches, salads, and pastas. Dig in!

Enjoyed my coffee and Muffin, around 11am.inside. Less crowded than Starbucks.

A gourmet grocery store that’s worth checking out. Lots of tempting treats and unique dishes. I usually spend my time and money on the prepared food side. Fresh made options abound from unique salads to sandwiches and meals. Check out the pastry section for a selection of delectable treats. Nicely merchandised store that is clean and staff are good. Never a line up to checkout. Prices are a little higher but the food is definitely higher quality.

One of my favourite salads here. Love this grocery store, always has fresh salads and delicious pastries. It's a bit high end than regular grocery stores, but always a fun time when buying food. (:

Unique products that you wouldn't find at local grocery markets. Staff is very nice to customers

The produce section ALWAYS has high quality products. The quality to price ratio is always a fair deal. Good cheese selection and good ready made or ready to cook foods. When I am short of time, I go here as I can ALWAYS trust the product.
