I can tell you first hand that my experience here at Bluebird Storage is one that you are unlikely to find, not just in the business of storing belongings, but anywhere these days. Not only were my belongings stored in an exceptional manner,...my faith in humanity was re-stored. From my initial phone call to ask the staff if someone could stay a few minutes late (which I thought was going to be a definite no) so I wouldn't be stuck sleeping in a rental truck overnight for 2 extra days incurring who knows how much extra in fees to U-haul, I was completely blown away by not just the answer, but the genuinely positive attitude and cheerful voice of Lori who answered with an "absolutely, no problem, we got u". I was relieved and so thankful for what she did and at a time in my life I really just needed a friendly voice and someone to go the mile for me. And to sum it all up, that's what Bluebird Storage is to me, and I will forever be grateful to not just Lori, but all the staff. They are excellent and genuinely care about you and your belongings...simple. You would be a fool to go anywhere else...just saying. With the upmost respect and sincerity...Miriam Levey

I have stored my stuff here since Jan 2021. The units are great and so is the staff! They are so helpful and work with you on anything you need. Highly recommend :)

Great location with easy access to flatbed dollies for moving items around... very spacious and the staff are extremely helpful...a good place to store items.

What originally attracted me to Bluebird self storage was it’s convenience of location and it’s affordable prices. What made me feel confident in signing on was cleanliness of the building, the convenience of dollys and carts provided to their customers, and the staff. I had the pleasure of dealing with Laurie for the duration of my rental here. I came in on a rather upsetting day of my life needing a locker, and Laurie was incredibly welcoming, recognized that I was a bit sensitive that day, and handled my rental with care. She was so kind to walk me to the lockers to get a visual of the size I needed, went above and beyond to find me the perfect locker for my needs, and was just an all around lovely lady to deal with and to chat too. She made me feel welcome and uplifted with her bright and friendly attitude. If I ever need a storage locker again, I won’t even consider going elsewhere. Thank you so much Laurie for all of your help over the last few months. I appreciate you, and Bluebird storage for making a difficult time in my life easier.

Excellent facility and the staff (Laurie & Jacilyn) are wonderful!!! I always recommend this facility to everyone! Very well run, clean and well lit!!!

I’m currently renting a storage unit at a different facility and am having problems there ( garbage everywhere, washroom uncleaned, broken glass all over the place etc)

I started my hunt to find a new unit and have been coming up empty, prices else were either being much higher, or location not ideal.
Then I came across Blue Bird.
After reading so many positive reviews I decided to go in and see what units they had available.
I was greeted by a friendly staff member Laurie.
She was truly amazing and goes above and beyond!
I told her what I was looking for and she showed me the options that they had available.
While she was walking to look at the unit, I immediately noticed how clean it was in there.
A very big difference from where we are currently renting.
She was explaining it’s normally even cleaner but she’s been working solo lately. This women was a true rockstar. Because the place was VERY clean! And to hear that she’s been keeping it up all alone is even more amazing!
You can tell she loves working for the company.
Laurie is a truly amazing!

We can’t wait to make the switch to Blue Bird!

I called Bluebird Storage and spoke to Tisha (hope it’s spelled right), and she gave ton of information, so I went down to view the units. She was very clear on pricing and no hidden fees popped up.

Both her and Lorie were friendly and funny. Their welcoming attitudes alleviated a lot of my nerves; the nerves one gets when keeping their possessions in a space outside the usual homestead.

They spoke highly of the company, even the CEO and higher management, that treat their employees so well. Such love for one’s vocation is so crucial, and it shows how valued they are.

Seeing them enjoy their work environment so much bleeds through into their customer service.

A breath of fresh air the best way to describe it. Keep up the awesome work, clean atmosphere, and pride in all you do.

The facility is amazing, clean, friendly staff and great location.
The best part of this location is their customer service. Jaclyn is truly amazing to deal with. She always goes above and beyond even when she doesn't have to. I was extremely happy when she became the manager. Laurie is great too. She's the newest staff member, always has a smile on her face and friendly. Our company ( Door 2 Door Movers) has no issues whatsoever, in referring our clients to Bluebird Self Storage. Many of our clients have given us superb feedback about the cleanliness and accessibility of this storage site. As well, the staff is very knowledgeable and quite friendly. You can't go wrong placing your furniture in this storage site!!!!!!!!

The booking for our appointment was quick, easy and informative. Alyssa was the manager on duty when showing us the unit we inquired about and was happy, helpful and very accommodating. She answer all of our questions, made us feel like she was giving us her honest opinion and not just selling us, and we appreciated it.
The facility is clean, well kept, motion lighting throughout, trolleys available for use and never too busy.

Beautiful facility with a huge loading dock area to drive your car right into! Staff are friendly, helpful, efficient and polite. You can tell they really care about their customers. I would highly recommend using Bluebird Self Storage for all your storing needs.

The staff here at Bluebird are absolutely amazing. They are so helpful with all of our questions, Laurie showed us multiple units and took her time to help us with whatever needs we might have! They have a great elevator set up that feels nice and safe to go to the inside unit and the bay is huge with carts free to use. They gave us a great discount on our unit and insurance and they’re there for any of our needs. I’d highly recommend Bluebird Self Storage!

My very first contact on the reception desk told me that I am in good hands. The lady who gave me the tour and showed me my storage unit was very thorough with the explanation of how it all works for the customer and all the support that was available to me. Best choice I could have made.

Great building clean well lit but most of all great staff especially working with Laurie who went out of her way to accommodate my needs for what unit was right for me very knowledgeable very friendly bluebird is so lucky to have someone like her working for them a true professional thank you for going above and beyond

Just hooked up with a storage unit at BlueBird storage - got a real deal and the experience was amazing. The ladies at the desk were knowledgeable and super friendly. I got a tour of the facility, easy to follow instructions for getting in and out and I'm really also impressed with the layout and security.

The facility is clean and dry, easy to access but secure. I feel no worries about putting my things there.
