Their offices are kept about as clean as an operating room. Don’t ask me how they do it.

They do a fantastic job of sending you a reminder before your appointments. I haven’t personally experienced this from other doctors offices.

After your Invisalign program, be sure to continue wearing the retainers for years. Otherwise, you may need to return in a few years to be re-scanned.

I had a great experience with all the staff. Everyone was very friendly, efficient and answered all my questions.

My sons have had such positive experiences being treated by Dr. Frakowiak and her amazing team! One has completed treatment and his teeth look amazing, and one is currently having (a more complicated) treatment and is doing so well. From our very first meeting long ago until now we have been so satisfied and know we are in great hands!!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! Their three different office locations in Durham Region made it easy to have appointments close to work or home.

When my son began his treatment, we were able to access Quantum via my dentist's office. Now we need to travel to the nearest office, which is ~half an hour away. Other than that, no complaints.

Always so kind and understanding of my wants and does their best to accomplish, I feel most comfortable here :)

We were referred to Dr. Frackowiak by our dentist, as my older daughter had a very severe overbite & cross-bite, not to mention two front teeth that protruded so much, she had difficulty closing her mouth over them. Due to the severity of her problems, I was a bit dubious as to how effective this non-invasive, corrective approach to orthodontics would actually be. However, it's not yet been a year, and her night-time breathing problems have all but disappeared, her jaw is much more aligned, and her teeth have come in so dramatically with her first-stage MYOBRACE, that they appear 'normal', with almost no protrusion. My younger daughter also had a cross-bite issue, that is being corrected beautifully.
Not only is this newer approach to orthodontics HIGHLY effective, but Dr. Frackowiak is absolutely wonderful. Her staff are always friendly, and it has been nothing short of a very positive experience for both my daughters. I HIGHLY recommend Quantum Orthodontics!
