Cineplex Cinemas Saint John

Even though it's the only option to go see a movie in an actual theater, it's still very clean, the staff is really friendly and it's a great experience overall. We have been here a couple times and would come back when there is a movie worth while seeing on the big screen. Good job to everyone who is making this an awesome experience.

Great environment, kid friendly. Really enjoyed my time there. Took my granddaughter to see Migration.

Went to the theater to watch a movie (why else would i go to a theater) everything was great. The employees were nice, the popcorn was nice and buttery, perfect for a movie snack. And the soda was quite good. The only complaints were that the paper straw dissolved in the soda changing its taste and the 3D effect was quite nauseating. Though both of those are through no fault of the theater itself. 5 out of 5. Will go again

Good memories here. That popcorn smell hits the second you walk in. People should come back to the theatres more after Covid.

While purchasing a ticket to a movie at the Saint John Cineplex theatre on Sunday Jan 8 2023 I somehow lost my wallet. I did not realize this until I was ready to leave the theatre. Staff were very helpful searching the floors and seating area but alas the wallet was not found. They assured me that staff do a thorough job cleaning up after the theatre closes. I had no option but to leave it to the theatre resources. The next day I returned to the theatre to talk to the manager. Asked the manager if anyone had found my wallet. To my surprise she asked what colour and she said maybe we did. When she went to her office and returned she had my wallet in her hand. I was overwhelmed with joy to be reunited with my wallet. I highly recommend this theatre as their service is always great and staff are very personable and go the extra mile for customer service. Go visit them and you will know what I mean. Thank you for your integrity and honesty.

Haven't been to a theater since Covid began. It was the first time that my 2 six year old boys had ever gone to a movie theater. They loved it.

It was the only kid friendly movie, Mummies, which wasn't too bad. But the kids liked it, so that's all that matters.

We ordered a poutine from outtakes and the fries were super fresh and crispy, it was a good poutine, I was pleasantly surprised.
For the rest, it is what you can expect from a movie theatre. Always fun.

i saw tom cruise here and he was in a mission impossible movie and he ran in the dessert and he drive the cars and wow good movie thank you and also he drive off cliff and holy moly and it was crazy wow also

The best movie theater! All the upgrades and the theaters themselves! Cleaner then it was in the past. We make the drive from fredericton to go to this place!

Went in for Minions with my son, got concessions. Kids pack, hot dog and pretzel bites. As I was waiting to get my hotdog and bites the employee said they had no hot dogs due to problems sourcing the products and that the employee who sold it to me shouldnt of. I said I understood and would just like a refund. One of the managers (did not catch his name) offered free popcorn or asked if I wanted anything else. I just asked for the refund. He refunded my hot dog as well as the kids pack. I really appreciated that. Seems it's really hit or miss with hotdogs since covid happened which sucks as they are my flavourite.. but him stepping up like that wowed me. Thank you very much, service like that Is 5 STAR!! Thank you.. little actions like that are what make a business great.. Very appreciated.

Always a good experience here, however,the price of popcorn combos are ABSURD!!! Reg size popcorn is $8, but a combo with popcorn a drink and candy is $21!!

My granddaughter enjoyed the movie veryuch.

Best and only spot to go and experience new films. Great service, never had to complain about much (close caption device needs some work for the deaf and hard of hearing). Other than that, love the food, love popping in to check new films, plus-- Arcade is fun for all ages.

A1, all I can say, drinks were cold, popcorn was fresh, and the place was clean, couldn't ask for more. At the time of this review, saw Black Adam, and WOW it was good

Great movies and good prices. Never a line up...had the Classic Poutine before the movie and it was pretty good..great gravy.

Comfy chairs. Outrageous prices for popcorn ect. If you can go without i would.

Lots of food options here! I love the fact you can pump extra butter yourself on your popcorn. First time seeing a movie since the pandemic. Also, my first time seeing a movie here in SJ.

My wife and I went and seen Smile over the weekend. Was a great movie and was a great experience like always. Staff were nice, popcorn was hot, movie was great. 10/10

I went there to see tons of movies. Always had a good experience. I went a couple weeks ago to see the new Scream movie and the experience was awesome. Good popcorn, friendly staff, quick service and the movie was absolutely awesome. I'm not a movie theatre guy but I definitely enjoy my experience every time I go.
