Matt has been awesome so far. I have been on his plan now 4 weeks and down 15 pounds. The workouts and meal plan are quick and easy. Matt checks in with me almost every single day. Will call you if he doesn't hear from you.. His Knowledge is second to none and he is a little funny too.. highly recommend if you struggling at all and need a push in the right direction, hook up with Matt at Strive Fitness..

I recently moved to Saint John and disnt have the motivation to get to the gym and was starting to feel not so good about my body. Thats when I went to Matt for a consultation and since then he has been pushing me to reach the best version of me. He makes sure youre having fun going through the process but also really serious about it. I enjoy every session of ours and learning a lot from him as an individual and as a trainer.

6 months ago I was out of shape, over weight & just generally miserable. I came across an ad for str1ve & figured y not give it a shot. Today I'm in the best physical shape I have ever been in. I still have a little ways to go to smash my final goal but with Matt I have 0 worries about hitting it.

I started working with Matt in February 2023. Leading up to connecting with him, I was overweight, unhealthy and mentally drained 24/7.

I had tried different diets and workout plans without any real, sustained success. After meeting with him in February, we put together a plan and have stuck to it ever since and it has been working exactly as advertised!

Matt is great to work with and he really knows his stuff. In addition to showing or explaining how to do a given exercise, he elaborates on the little things that would easily be overlooked if you were doing it on your own. On top of that, he's a really great guy and someone you can count on to get the RESULTS you want.

If that's not enough, you can count on Matt to support you, help build your confidence in the gym, learn how to eat right, and hold you accountable to stay on track.

With that being said, if you are looking for a quick fix, this is not for you.

If you are ready to invest your time, energy and money to get your mental and physical health to where you want it to be, look no further!

Fitness has been a struggle for my whole life. I jumped from one program to another with little results and seemed to not be able to keep any progress made. I was very disconnected with what was going on in my body. Then I started training with Matt and things changed rapidly. I started with his distance coaching program and having that accountability was huge. I transitioned to in-person training and got to experience Matt in his element. He has created a beautiful gym that you can tell he knows like the back of his hand. He helped me learn some core principles that will stay with me forever. With his encouragement, I am now tuned in to my body and know when to push for results and when to rack the weights. Matt has an array of knowledge and techniques to get you into a healthy lifestyle. He starts you off slow so you can understand how to do the work outs properly. Then ramps you up and pushes you. He includes diet and meal ideas. The best thing about his programs is that it holds you accountable. Definitely check him out.

I love Matt's distance coaching so much. It’s the most flexible yet most accountability I’ve ever had. I'm losing weight and gaining energy, and actually enjoying getting back into shape. I signed up with Brent and Matt with the thought of dropping a few pounds before my wedding. They however had other plans! With some changes to my diet and exercise I was able to cut 20 lbs down in a few weeks and then bulk up an additional 5lbs to get me to that sweet spot I was looking for. They’ve also helped me to re-frame my approach to diet and exercise and internalize habits that I can sustain. 10/10 would recommend!

I've been training with Matthew for 5 weeks now. I have never liked exercise, but lately I'm been looking forward to our training sessions. The sessions are fun. Cleaning up my diet has been great, and, I'm starting to see changes in my physique!
