As someone with asthma and no family doctor, this is my fave place to go as Dr Corscadden is AMAZING with asthma patients. He actually cares about helping you breathe. Be patient with trying to get through, lots of people are calling at the same time, but this has been the best after hours clinic I've been to in the city .Wish they were able to take more than just weekday afternoon appointments, but I believe the reason is that there is only the one Dr at this clinic.

I went in for a regular Pap test and when I shared a particular struggle I was having at the very end of the appt, the doctor called me back and asked me to come back in for a more thorough examination then what had been scheduled. We usually have to fight to be heard. It was nice to be heard and have the doctor call and initiate further examining.

You're lucky if the Doctor will spend longer than a whole minute diagnosing your issue, on top of that, be prepared for them to diagnose you incorrectly and prescribe you the wrong medication. They don't give a ****.

They also only accept cash if you have to pay. Tax fraud much? It's 2024, you can use a debit machine.

This clinic should be shut down and completely reimagined. Also, good luck actually getting them to pick up the phones. Complete corruption. You'll have a more pleasant experience waiting in the ER for 6 hours+.

Literally never answer the phone. I have not received care for 2 years with various ailments because I don't have a family doctor, and the after hours clinics never answer the damn phones. What a joke, why are we even paying taxes if our healthcare is non existant.

From 11am, Dec. 28, 2022, I kept dialing to make an appointment. After 1 hour around 12:01pm, the phone line went though and I finally made an appointment (for a phone call from a doctor). 3 hours later, the staff called me and she would transfer me to the doctor. I have waited three minutes but no body answered. I thought this must be a technical difficulty so I hung up and called the staff to report the problem. She told me that that was not a technical problem and it was normal to wait. So I asked to call me again. She said yes. Then no call for one hour. I called in her again. She said that a doctor has gone. She said a doctor was mad as I waited for only 3 minutes. If I had known that that was not a technical issue, I was willing to wait longer (note that I waited for hours already... actually several days as I wanted to contact a doctor from Christmas ). They wasted several hours of my time and it ended up without seeing a doctor. This was a terrible experience. It is sad to learn that this is the reality of NB medical system. If you could give some kind of signals (e.g., music or a message" please wait for a doctor") while we are waiting on the phone, then we would be more comfortable to wait as we know that the state is normal without any technical issues.

This is the worse clinic I've been to here. I'd rather wait 10 hours at the hospital. The receptionist is extremely rude.

My mom and I called repeatedly from exactly 11am until 11:30, no answer nothing. My Dad has asthma and needs his inhalers and a referral to an asthma specialist, none of these places pick up our calls. Please just get a queue list, it'd be much easier than getting 776 calls from two people.

Do not recommend this clinic. Receptionist Kelly very rude, condescending and dismissive of my heath concerns. Compassion zero. Refused my request for an appointment. Very disappointed by this clinic.

I had the same experience as the two previous reviews. No response to several texts and phone calls. I showed up in person and was greeted brusquely by the single receptionist. I am a doctor from Colorado, essentially stranded here for several months due to Covid. My wife needs a refill of Celebrex, A nonsteroidal non-narcotic medication. She told me they had no room, despite only one patient In the waiting room. They advertise as a medical clinic, but clearly his specialty is asthma. In any event they were not helpful, poor attitude, and A staff person Who would not last long in my office. I understand not wanting to be a prescription refill service, as I get these requests quite frequently. However circumstances require flexibility, As in Covid.

Don’t waste your time trying to get through to this clinic! I was refused treatment by Dr. Corscadden for a foot fungus I contracted in Roatan over a year ago. Corscadden told me to go back to the after hours clinic and see the doctor who told me he would take a swab because they don’t do that there. After I told the secretary I thought he was being petty Dr. Corscadden came on the phone and was so ignorant and irate telling me I was threatening them and he was going to report me to the college. Very helpful that doctor! I thought doctors were here to help people not look for any excuse to turn them away. This doctor needs to read his hippocratic oath again!

The secretary is very arrogant and the prescription that the doctor gives doesn't work. Go to a clinic where patients are respected, this one is business only for making $$.

Phoned right at 11am, went straight to the busy signal. Kept calling back over and over with the same thing. Decided to walk over to book my appointment since their business hours state they open at 11am however the doors were locked with the receptionist sitting at the front staring at me. Did not come and open the door. After waiting 20 minutes I walked back home and tried calling again only to get the message that they aren't taking calls. Absolute joke.

I called right at 11:00 and received the message stating they weren't taking calls until 11:00, then I called over and over again until I received a dial tone that continued for over 70 calls. My 1.5 year old daughter has to go unseen until tomorrow and I am extremely unimpressed

I've been on hold over an hour, this is ridiculous!

Answer your phones, what the point in being there if you never pick up the phone. What a waste of tax money.
