I had my first visit with Dr. Halford today. I was very nervous going in there but the doctor and his Dental Assistant made me feel at ease. The doctor explained everything to me. The Dental Assistant was very talkative and made me feel more relaxed. I highly recommend this doctor.

Very friendly staff and Dr Halford was amazing. You can tell he’s very good at what he does! Would recommend to anyone looking for a root canal 🦷

Very caring, kind, doctor. ""His" sidekick Pam, Dental Assistant, simply wonderful! She puts one at ease immediately. Very "laid back lady". Both work work very well together....! "Dr. Andrew" tells you everything that he is doing.......Very kind. I have calcified canals so he is doing his best in a very precarious situation. Going back in late Sept. 2020. Hopefully he can get to the "root of the problem", pardon the pun!! If anyone can deliver, Dr. Andrew and Pam will! Gail E. Doon

They need to learn how to use their system and either bill the insurance OR the patient, and not both like it happened to me which took weeks for their office to give me back my refund... And they need to be upfront with patients that they will charge a “damage deposit” in case of “no show” for the final appointment BEFORE the treatment starts and not after the treatment started (which also happened to me), so people are prepared financially…

Was given an appointment for this morning. Arrived on time and was told that my appointment isn’t for another 12 days. I was never made aware of this change in my appointment and missed time at work to be at dr. Halford’s office when I was scheduled to be. If you’re going to make an appointment here I would suggest requesting an email confirmation to ensure they’ll actually keep your appointment.

The receptionist is rude, rescheduled last minute, totally unorganized and unprofessional. Dr. Bishop's is the way to go!
