Clean private 10$/ night just show up easy

Bathrooms were 11/10 even though it was a put toilet. Lots of spaces and lots of room.

Great place to spend a night or two

Bring your own firewood. It's no longer supplied by the Lions Club.

I didn't get to fully experience the camp site. The wife and kids needed a bathroom break after being in the van for so long. But the campgrounds were nicely laid out. There was ready access to the river and a short drive from the community. So groceries and amenities are just around the corner.

15 sites plus extra overflow space. Pit toilets and picnic tables . Sani and water at tourist center in town only. $15 per rv unit.

Nice campground by the river

I was charged 18 nightly plus 5 for some drywoods, unlike others paying only 10 dollars 2 weeks before me. Perhaps they raised the price before my arrival? Good location near Gold River township, only pit toilet and picnic table provided. Will I come back? Probably no, I rather go straight to free campgrounds near Tahsis or drive back to Bull Lake where a moutainn+river view in a better campground.

It needs some TLC and maybe pump the outhouses while you're at it! Great campground, nice soak in the river.

The campground has beautiful raw views on the Gold River. The deficiencies of the facility directly relate to the facilities. The washroom facilities are terrible, no running water at sites or hot water. Very minimal bathrooms, poor picnic tables, minimal firewood, no drinkable water, no electric services, etc......The price is low but they should be based on zero investment in the past ten__15 years. Additioal charges of $12.00 per campsite are rediculous especially when space is more than sufficient. Extra charges should be based on the number of persons, not the vehicles.
