Riverfront Bed and Breakfast

Great place! Great location with the Seymour River right in the back yard. Clean spacious room for an affordable price, definitely compared to downtown hotels. If outdoor activities are your thing, North Van is the place to be. When traveling from abroad, a rental car is convenient, but not necessary. Stops of line 211 and 214 are not so far away and service is on a 30 min schedule well into the evening.

Michael is a very friendly host and serves a very nice, and different, breakfast every morning. If you are dog person; he has the cutest corgi. If not, you will become one before the end of your visit!

Great service, clean rooms and a delicious breakfast. Family run, Michael makes everyone breakfast and it lead to some super nice conversation with him and the other guests. Very comfy beds and immaculately clean. Felt better than many hotels. Highly recommend!

The house was very clean and we felt like part of the family. Michael is a great cook. We stayed for 3 nights and each breakfast was different from waffles to omelet to bacon and eggs, and always had a side dish of fresh fruit. Everything was delicious. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We have a beautiful view of the Seymour river in the backyard.

We stayed here only for one night in June on way to a cruise. The rooms were immaculate and Michael was the greatest host. Our breakfast was wonderful. We walked to a local trail, wonderful neighborhood too.

Excellent! Everything is very clean and tidy! The house atmosphere is great and Michael is extremely polite and welcoming! The backyard with the river is spectacular and I loved sleeping with the sound of the flowing water! I am very happy I chose this place and want yo come back for sure!

We had a wonderful stay. The room was impeccably clean, the bed was very comfortable and the view was lovely! We sat by the river every morning. Michael’s breakfast and hospitality were excellent as well.

The proximity to Horseshoe Bay and Deep Cove may have been the best part, the house is on a very quiet, peaceful street. A quick drive in either direction and you find great food and beautiful views. We loved every moment of our trip.

We will definitely be back.

I recently stayed at Riverfront B and B while visiting my son in Vancouver, everything about my stay was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this bed and breakfast.

Michael is one of the most welcoming hosts I have come across who makes sure your stay is comfortable. The property is located in a quite and picturesque part of North Vancouver, a simple evening walk in the neighborhood can be very refreshing. The room was really clean, spacious, and had an amazing view of the river. A 10-minute walk gives you access to public transit which can take you all the way to downtown Vancouver and to Phibbs exchange from where one can take a bus to Deep Cove, Grouse mountain and near by attractions. Overall, I was very impressed by the hospitality and recommend Riverfront BnB to anyone looking for a pleasant and peaceful stay.

Situated on the Seymour River, this property provides a scenic and relaxing atmosphere. Michael and Ying are courteous and friendly hosts. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The tasty breakfast was a great way to finish our stay at The Riverfront Bed and Breakfast.

This was an amazing BNB for a local getaway by the riverside.

The house is modern in style, beautifully furnished, and is extremely clean. The rooms are spacious, especially the one with the balcony. Breakfast was served in the fine dining room or outdoor patio overlooking a beautiful backyard + riverside. We sat on the rocks and sipped coffee and watched the river run downstream - what a relaxing way to start the mornings.

The residential area is quiet, and the location is accessible to many local tourist spots, including Deep Cove and Park Royal. Horseshoe Bay and Whytecliff Park are also within 20 min by car.

Our host, Michael, was extremely kind and eager to make conversation over breakfast. This was an amazing BNB experience. Thanks for your warm hospitality - we will definitely be back!

I cannot use any words to express, since I have the best stay I ever have in a hotel-like setting. Not only the host, Michael, is so friendly, welcoming and easy to talk to, but the outside view along the river which could be seen from the balcony is so gorgeous, charming and breath-taking. In many years, I have never been to a place that is such beautiful like this. Most importantly, the breakfast cooked personally by Michael is a million times more delicious than the breakfast served at other hotels, the taste is so delicate and the food sends such a warm smell. Overall, I extremely strongly recommends this hotel to anyone who is planning on to have a vacation/holiday to the Vancouver area, even you may not be a nature lover. Only if you have stayed here, you will truly understand my words.

Excellent B&B! Meticulously clean, large private room with comfy king bed. Easy to find, park and check in. Fabulous view of the river behind the house from our room. Close to Capilano, Deep Cove and Lynn Canyon Park. Will not hesitate to stay again.Thanks Michael. Barry and Kathy B

We really enjoyed our time at Riverfront Bed and Breakfast. The bed and its linens were very comfy, and Michael's breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Overall a great stay. It was rainy while we were there and we really enjoyed the open bedroom windows and the sounds of the rain. We didn't take the time to explore near the river in back, but had it been dry, we would have -- it was really pretty.

If you need to a place to recharge the human batteries, this is the place for you! The beautiful back yard with the river stream from Mount Seymour is so soothing and relaxing. Nice and quiet. It's very private, and the backyard has a great view of the river. Relaxing by the river is all I needed for this vacation. Just what we needed. Even our 3 year old son had lots to do around the property. Hosts are very friendly.

We stayed at Riverfront just two days of our trip when we came back from Vancouver Island and wanted to get some rest and do a bit of souvenir shopping. This is a perfect location for the former one. It is approximately 15 minutes walk from public transport, so if you are not driving a car, this might be about the only thing you might not be happy with. Fresh home made breakfast with the view of the river. Place is incredibly clean - you are even given a slippers when you come in. House is located in a quiet posh looking street. It's a bit expensive but definitely worth the money. I will recommend to my friends

I had a great experience at Riverfront Bed and Breakfast. The location is close to all the parks, downtown Vancouver and restaurants. The room is very clean, nice and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious! The house has a great view. WiFi works perfect too.

Very friendly host, nicely located house in a quiet living area with a river in the garden. Modern room, very good breakfast. Free parking and you are in 10 minutes at Lynn Canyon or in 15 minutes in the middle of Vancouver. Highly recommend!

nice place in a quiet and pretty area. Ample space for parking and there's access to local busses that go to the terminus for onward access to other locations like Grouse Mountain and Capilano Suspension Bridge.

Michael is friendly and a great host. Breakfast is also nice served and presented impeccably.

Beautiful View and peaceful time , warmest and the most interesting host! Extremely delicious food and the super soft bed feels like lying on the lawn. Fresh air even lighten the mood more!
