Such great service!!
We needed an oil change so decided to stop here on our way home.
Derek and Randy did the service for us; both were super knowledgeable, trusting and personable. Derek has worked here for over 30 years and has owned the place since (I believe) 2014 - he definitely knew his stuff. They checked everything over and did the oil change in about 10 min - they were thorough and efficient.
We will be going back for our future oil changes and services.

They are extremely helpful, patient, and understanding. They explain everything in a good amount of detail, and always ask for permission before performing any extra work. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

These guys are fantastic. They totally saved my bacon a few days ago when I forgot my wallet and my starter motor died. All the guys were very nice, helpful, and courteous. It was a hot day, and they made sure I was in the shade while I waited for the next bay to open up, and they hooked me up with something to drink. They are definitely getting my business moving forward. Thanks for everything, I hope the manager sees this, you've got a great team!

Great service from Randy and Derrick. Gave me the best deal they could and were very well informed on service intervals of my vehicle. They even noticed my skid plate was damaged and replaced it with one they happened to have on hand. 10/10.

Came in with a bind and info that was wrong and they were very nice when I was upset, after figuring out it wasn’t their shop who messed up but Mr. Lube on Kingsway, they were very accommodating and very helpful. Had a panel under my car get ripped from all the snow the past week. Was debating between this location and a downtown location and was glad I drove the extra distance for this one. I called ahead and they took an appointment within 30mins of closing and waited for me to arrive.

Super friendly guys, patient and explained they've seen the same issue in others with the same model. Was in and out of there in 10mins with the repair done and was charged $0 as they said it was a quick fix and no parts. Very honest guys and no upsell. Coming again for an oil change when next I'm in town just for the friendly service.

They fixed an annoying rattle for free.

There was an annoying rattle under my car that I could not reach. Muffler man could not fix it. The dealer could not fix it.
I took it in to these guys and they fixed it in five minutes and didn’t charge me, saying just post to review .

These guys are just awesome. I needed to get a bunch of fluid flushes and changes, as well as an oil change, and they gave me a great deal, were efficient and didn't pressure me to make a decision I wasn't comfortable with. All their recommendations were in line with the manufacturer's service recommendations and their prices were very competitive. I felt very looked after and although I spent a considerable amount of money, it was well current as I can now rest assured my car is in tip top shape and I'm driving safe. I can't recommend them highly enough! Well done and thank you!

Brought one of our work trucks in at the last minute as we were overdue for an oil change and some other repairs. Derrick and his team were quick to get us in, courteous, fast to get all of our needs addressed and were friendly and professional. Really couldn’t ask for anything more! Some of the kindest and most caring gentlemen that you could go to. Another location improperly attached my skid plate, part of it came off and was scraping on the ground as I drove. I came to this location, and they were kind enough to detach it for me even though they were about to close up for the day. Incredibly friendly and kind. Needless to say, I won't be going anywhere else when I need an oil change or service - they're the best.

OMG an honest mechanic! Changed my oil but also did a scope on an engine light and fixed a rattle I was hearing, both free of charge. Will definitely come back.

These guys are it! I came to them for the first time last fall when I was relatively new in the area, based on their google reviews. I'm not a car person so I really rely on professional service that I can trust has my best interest in mind. Both visits these guys were non-judgmental, down to earth, honest, told me exactly what I needed and what they recommend while not being aggressively pressuring (something I've experienced with other businesses in the area...). Their service is quick and thorough - they saved me some $$$ by checking my engine light and finding it was just the gas cap needing a tighten (I had an appointment to take it to a mechanic the next day....again not a car person). I totally trust these guys and their services, there's obviously a reason they've been running their business for so long. Thanks again Mobil 1, very glad you're in the area!

I was here on Monday to get my Honda serviced. I must say this was probably the easiest oil change visit I've had. The staff here are incredibly friendly, easy to laugh with, completed the oil change really quick and the pricing is fair. I would recommend anyone to come here and would definitely come back!

I moved to Burnaby earlier this year and happened upon this shop while looking to get my fluids changed - the quality of service I've received here has far surpassed any other I've been to.

Ryan, since day one, has been absolutely top-notch; he's knowledgeable, friendly, and always keeps me completely informed about what's going on with my vehicle. He has been open to giving me advice when I need it and it's a genuine pleasure when I get to talk to him.

Really spectacular service, totally professional, helpful, non-judgmental, went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and heard. They actually found a mistake that was done by a dealership and fixed the problem at no charge. Fully transparent with their recommendations and gave me advice for future maintenance needs. 10/10 I'll definitely be going back there as long as they keep up the good work!
