Customer service skills at this place - AMAZING. They are always ready to meet your needs with a smile on their faces. They have everything from fruits and vegetables, meat, drinks, frozen goods, diary, cosmetics, kitchen and cooking necessities, pet supply, baby stuff.... prices are good too. No complain what so ever.

I love the fact that they have a variety of fresh flower available along with potted plants perfect for little patios. Their grocery in this location is quiet and not too crowded. Their bakery goods are always new and restocked. It's perfect for quick grocery errands when you feel lazy to go to bigger grocery shops. Sometimes, they have good deals on meat.

Great place to shop. Following all safety protocols . Staff all masked, plexiglass. Store is large so distancing no issue. Feel very safe. New store so very clean and bright. It is now months later and I still enjoy each visit to Buy Low. Great prices on meat and weekly specials continue to bring me to the store. Update. Still enjoy shopping here, many of the covid stuff has eased up. Staff still very helpful. My go to place for meat. UPDATE March 2024. Things are as close to being as it was pre covid other than the prices. Staff always helpful. Like the way the store is laid out.

Lot of choices,but moderate prices,be careful lot of stuff members are on training and make lot of mistakes on billing.parking is available undear garage

This location has a nice selection of baked goods (breads and dessert). It's small, and usually not as crowded as the other grocery stores in the area. They don't have a large selection of medicine/cough and cold stuff though, so if you need that head elsewhere.

Clean store, comparing to the same ones in Vancouver. great value.

Great weekly deals and prices! Staff are very friendly, and always willing to help out when you ask where an item is or if something is on sale. Super fast service, cashiers are super friendly and considerate! Especially love the meat department, always fresh cuts and great quality meat. Last time I was in, a wonderful gentleman named Parker helped me, he was super friendly and made me feel very welcome. A clean store, and spacious. Lovely bakery, and deli department. Will definitely be shopping here more often whenever I come into town!

It got every basic items that we need. They have decent variety of brands. Convenient location! 106 bus stops right in front of their building. Well lit and organized isles. We always look forward to their weekly flyer and they always have great deals. Also, love their donuts!

New place to shop for groceries in the neighborhood. The building itself is tidy and brand new and I see staff cleaning often. They staff are young, but always professional and helpful. The store manager has helped us a couple times and he is very engaging and personable.

The price for groceries is almost the same as any other big grocery store in the area, but contrary to other reviews I think there is a large variety of ethic foods which is great to see!

5 stars!!! Seriously the best customer service ever. We come here every week. Mo is so friendly and welcoming and is always helpful. And the manager Ryan always jumps in to help at the check out. Every employee here deserves a raise for their top quality service

Been to this store many times and always had an amazing experience. The grocery department members are always so friendly and helpful and the cashiers are the best, in particular, Serena. She's always enthusiastic and positive not only to me but to every customer I've seen her deal with. Would recommend going here, great job buy low and Serena!

Nice new store in South Burnaby. Have gone here a few times now, and always found what I'm looking for.

Most underground 1st and 2nd level parking stalls say small car only, but they'll fit a full size truck 😉.

Only issue I've seen so far is the parking area and stairwell never seems to be cleaned 😥. There has been garbage I've noticed for well over a month on P2, and garbage, dust, and dirt in stairwell to BuyLow.

Buy Low Foods is also a part of Kings crossing, its smaller than Save on foods and its so nice to have a second grocery store at Kings crossing that is even closer to me!

Great store and wonderful staff. Everyone is super friendly and all staff I've dealt with have amazing customer service. Love the fact that all their meat is fresh. I'll go out of my way just to purchase meat from this store.

Love this new grocery store. It's big enough to have all your needs, but more of a smaller grocery store experience.

Decent prices for on sale items, clean store but would be better if they had self checkout stations. They also take bottle deposit returns with a limit of 24 bottles per person
