The staff here is very helpful and friendly, so great Customer Service. There isn’t a large selection of items as some other stores but the basics are here— kind of like a hardware corner store! Some items here are cheaper than the competitors but some are more expensive as well so you need to know your pricing. There is lots of free parking in their parking lot so that’s never an issue. I usually can rely on the store when I need something in a pinch. They have soil, paint, cleaners…and so much more.

One of the best hardware stores hands down. I've gone there several times and each time they actually help you find exactly what you are looking for. So much better than the bigger hardware stores like home depot. One of their employees named Arif spent over 20 minutes today trying to get the exact hinge I needed just from a picture. Above and beyond service! +++

I went to Home Hardware on Edmonds to pick up a bunch of items my husband needed. I got such excellent service, I was so impressed. The clerk (I wish I'd noted her name) spent the time it took to help me figure out the entire list, and even hunt down an item showing as 'in stock'. It was a very good shopping experience!

I was at this location today to buy some screws and washers. Mehar ( who is 13 years old ) gave me some of the best customer service I have had in a very long time. He knew his stuff and really took the time to help me. It is refreshing to see someone so young be so knowledgeable and confident. This kid is going to go places 👍

I recently shopped at Home Hardware on Edmonds in Burnaby. The young cashier, Hamavneet, directed me to the product. I was having trouble finding exactly what I wanted and she kindly came over and helped me. So many stores have given up on customer service and it was so refreshing! The staff there is always helpful and make you feel welcome. They don't always have everything I need but I like to check there first to support a store that actually serves their customers. Well done!!

Was at surrey home depot before the bridge looking for a napoleon portable bbq ask the workers to price match from home hardware they did not understand anything I have asked they even called 2 others to help and did not know what they were doing like they were lost confused I just said it's ok I will just leave a drive 5 min over the bridge to pick one up from home hardware called before hand and service was great very helpful and held on to one at the cashier when I got there thank you! Saved $50

Seriously helpful staff, really great customer service. Not as much selection as some larger hardware company but a pretty suppressive assortment despite size. Noticed that the prices on many items I bought were cheaper than competitors too.

Went to to rona first but cc machines were down came up to home hardware was washing care need some aramol wipes but got these had 40 wipes does great job cleaning your leather seats dash boards doors. Nice little place not busy staff was friendly.

Excellent customer service and very helpful people. If you were looking for stuff and want some help, they are the place to go to.

Like an old fashioned hardware store packed with a bit of everything. No need to go to Home Depot when you live in this part of Burnaby.

Best service of any retail store here. You cannot set foot in this store without at least one employee asking you if they can help find what you need. First couple of times shopping here I thought it was luck but now I know every time you visit that’s their standard level of service. Impressive!

I was looking for a unusual screw for my Segway. I was imagine going through a tone of different boxes to hopefully find a match. The employee there help me find the exact match in under 10 seconds. Amazing!!!! So happy with my experience there.

I can’t speak for the other locations, but this HH has secured the loyalty of myself & everyone I know through service that consistently exceeds expectations. It’s hard to imagine that a 24 year old girl with an “Amazon Trigger Finger” would go out of her way to frequent this location, but that’s just how stellar the customer experience they curate is. Thank you to the incredible staff — Sonya, in particular — for exemplifying the power of human connection.

Last Saturday night l had the opportunity to visit this establishment to acquire some soil. I would like to recommend visiting during nighttime hours, as the absence of crowds creates an ideal shopping experience.

Stopped in today looking for an odd fluorescent bulb. The VERY helpful young lady tried so hard to find it for us with no luck. She did however direct us to a different store where I found the bulb.
I will shop there again without fail.
