It can be difficult to know how a dealer will react when there is a problem with a vehicle. Just such a situation occurred with me recently. I was very worried that ione auto would not help when I reached out to them. The company owner Andy Song reacted immediately, he kept up communications, and ensured that things were made right. His positive open attitude makes him a great business owner, that looks after his customers. Great service. Thats the most important thing when choosing where to buy a car.

Andy and Jason are great guys to chat to if you have specific auto needs. They may be a small dealer but they seem to go that extra mile. It was great doing business with them. I’m happy with the results

Awesome experience with Andy. Took the time to show me the vehicle and it’s history. Negotiated fairly and even came and picked me up the next day to finalize the sale. Top it all off had the insurance gentleman waiting for us on arrival and I was out the door in my new ride in less than 10 mins. Bought a 2011 smart car here. Worked fine for the first week then check engine light came on, we brought it in and they tried to fix it. The light came back on again so they offered us a full refund. Very apologetic and dealt with the refund very professionally. Would definately recommend them, even though our car turned out to be a lemon. Would've purchased my next car from them, but they didn't have any other smart cars. Would recommend.
