My Daughter and I visited to buy travel insurance for myself.
We were pleasantly greeted when entering the store then shown to the area by our advisor.
She was very helpful and patient with our questions. The policy was described in detail and easy to understand.
My mission was completed and paid for.

We had the best service today at BCAA.We had a lady named Ali assist us and she was very wonderful and assisted us even past her working hours.They are all amazing in this office.We were first time car buyers in Canada and we do not know much about the transfer process.Ali was very patient and calm in explaining to us everything.Great experience!!

I'm not a member but they were able to squeeze me in between appointments and it was fast. I got a call back 10 mins after stopping by and leaving to browse nearby stores. The front lady and agent were both very friendly, helpful and efficient.

We got travel insurance for our family. I was helped quickly. Very reasonable pricing. Girl who helped me asked about our plans for travel, and offered personalized advice, even giving us a website to look for camping spots in. Will use them again :)

Always helpful and courteous. I use them for my ICBC and my roadside assistance. They have adapted to pandemic requirements and enabled me to renew my insurance over the phone and email. Shoutout to Callum at Royal Oak branch for being so awesome!

Forget Disneyland, this is the happiest place on Earth! The staff here are so happy and welcoming every time we come in, and there's free coffee! And ps you do not have to be a member to buy insurance from them. Highly recommend.

Nice and friendly service. Let me know i can let my Ontario CAA still cover me until I need to renew my card and then have it switched over to BCAA which was cool. Nice that I didn't need to wait long and was on with the rest of my day

I went to this office on Saturday at 10am to buy car insurance, there were five employees at work, and only three customers and no wait time for service. I got the collision and comprehensive insurance through BCAA with better quote than ICBC, the service is great and Jasmine made the whole process a breeze and good experience.

Always a friendly place to deal with insurance matters. Very personable.
