I had an amazing experience with this place. The reception was awesome! The customer service was spectacular and professional. The stylist I had today was Darren, he made me feel so welcomed and went above and beyond with my service. I can't wait for my next appointment!!

Edit: Very happy with my hair now! They called and had me come in to fix my hair, and gave me exactly what I wanted and the stylist was wonderful. I was taken to a separate room in the back which was amazing so I didn't feel so awkward.
Been before and will definitely be back!

I got my haircut last week and I showed what I kinda wanted. My hair is uneven and I wanted some short face framing so if I wore my hair up I'd have some fall around my face, I normally wouldn't complain, and I've tried to make it work, but a week and a half in this is what is looks like. My stylist was so nice but I am disappointed with the outcome

I have been going to Chatters in Tillicum Mall for years. My stylist is Sarah. I used to buy a certain shampoo there which they no longer sell. Darren offered to order it in for me. Thank you Darren

I stopped in for a haircut on Monday and asked if there were any senior stylists available. They fit me in and Michelina was my stylist. I just want to let management know what an excellent stylist she is. She listened to what I wanted and gave me an amazing cut. She was professional and sweet and helped me pick out some product afterwards. I will recommend my friends to come to Chatters Tillicum to see Michelina. Thanks so much!

I normally visit Chatters when I'm desperate for a same day service, spur of the moment. This time was no different. I also don't see a regular stylist since moving to Victoria three years ago, and in general am not super fussy about my hair. I was booked in with Kaitlin, and I loved her and the results! She had a great laid back energy, was attentive without being annoying and informative without being salesy. Most importantly, she nailed it with my hair colour and cut. I think I may have found my hair person finally! Would definitely go back to her even though she's at Chatters...she could definitely be a finer salon.

Got my son's first haircut done here today and they were wonderful. He was so well behaved for them and they shared their Christmas cookies with him after. So pleasant and welcoming :)

I used to previously go in downtown hair salon style before moving to Victoria.... This place is great,; I have curly hair waivy and get great haircut without needing kerarstine treatment. My coworker going to the same place have great style women shorter hair with some length. . They do follow the Covid--- protocol perfectly . And minimize shippers keep social distancing more seriously than most groceries and super stores.

They were so friendly. And they made my son look great. I didn't know what to ask for or anything about style and they did an amazing job. I will not be shaving my sons head anymore. Lol

I have been going to this Chatters location for the past couple of years. Katrina, is a fabulous stylist who listens to what you would like and offers helpful suggestions. I am happy with their service each time I go.

Nicole give an excellent hair cut. I like an inverted bob and have had challenges finding a stylist for this cut. She gives an excellent hair cut and the grow out is lovely. Thank you Nicole

Walked in, only had to wait 15 min. Had a great haircut!! My stylist listened exactly to what I wanted. I love it!! I will def go back again.

I get my hair cut and dyed by a lady named katy. I highly reccomend going to her! She does wonders with layering cuts nad dye jobs.
