I’ve been going to Dr. Doug MacIver for over 20 years now . He is such a kind , caring and attentive Doctor. I brag about him all the time , he is simply the best ❤

Disregard posted hours
They are falsely advertising their hours. I was in horrible pain with a UTI. Looking for a Dr who was open late after my work was over. Saw they were open till nearly 5am I got in my car and rushed over. Saw lights on but the door was locked and when I called the automated system said closed. Please change your hours so people don't think they can come to you for urgent care that isn't bad enough for the ER.

My husband is a patient of Dr McGiver for 20 yrs and we have found the clinic hours of late to be deplorable. They call wanting him to contact the office and we continuously get a recording that the office is not open... they could give the best time to call back would be .... not happy.

the reception at this location is far from friendly and not willing to listen or help. Today's receptionist was very cold and rude. Not sure if I will return as a patient.
I have since returned to Solace, and i have found the old receptionist has returned, and with her the kindness and understanding has returned as well.

They need more front desk people or something, phone wait times are always at least 10mins, they all break for lunch at the same time which doesn’t seem like a very sound business practice, and they’re always rushing you and being impatient on the phone. The staff is rude and entitled because they don’t really care about you or your business as they are so busy.

When I requested what they had told me might happen, customer services called me and scolded me during the middle of the work day, followed by the doctor calling me, they drastically blew the problem out of proportion and I was just asking to be put on a waiting list
