I would gladly recommend Austin Holt to anyone with any kind of physical therapy needs. I was referred to Austin to treat my ruptured Achilles tendon. My first visit I could barely walk and Austin explained to me the plan for the many months of rehab ahead. His care throughout the healing and therapeutic process was professional and caring. He assured me of my abilities to perform all the new and progressively more challenges exercises and pushed me when I couldn’t. He kept me accountable throughout the 9 months of visits. I couldn’t believe that, on my first visit, Austin said he would get me running. Well I’m glad to say I’m jogging and I can’t believe I’m actually doing it. Thanks Austin for the excellent care!

I am lucky that I found this place. I have tried many Physio places over the years and this is by far the BEST. Every staff member had your best interest at heart and there are Sports Medicine Doctors that help too. The physiotherapists spend time with you, not like other places that waste 5 minutes and throw you on a TEMS machine and say see you later. Definitely come to this place if you want to be fixed. They also do direct billing for insurance! PS you can’t go wrong if you get Sylyanne!

I wish I could give Kim more than 5 stars. I went in to see her with a back injury, and after a few treatments I felt better than ever. She is very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. Kim went above and beyond to ensure I had the best treatment possible. I cannot recommend her enough!

I saw Austin about a very distressing shoulder injury. He patiently explained to me everything that was going on in the shoulder, and gave me some really good exercises to help aid the recovery. I feel so much better about it now that I know how to manage it, and it's healing very well! Thanks Austin!

I've been seeing Norm at Advantage for several years starting when I was a professional athlete and continue to see him now that I've retired. He is the only physio I trust to get me back to living my normal life after any injury! He focuses on educating not just fixing the problem and I have gained so much knowledge from him over the years! Even now that I live 1500km away he's still my go to person for recovery! I have referred all my family members to him. I cannot recommend him enough!!! simply the best!

My physiotherapist, Austin, was the perfect balance between professional and aloof. He was knowledgeable and tailored his programs to fit my needs. He was also stern with me when needed, providing a refreshing environment of "compassionate, but not coddling" that is rare to find in physiotherapists. He challenged me and made sure my progress was manageable to me and measurable to his program. Through his treatment, I was able to overcome my injury and even find other long term issues which he also treated.

The staff at Advantage sports med in St Albert are great. A special shout out to Sylyanne Foo whose knowledge and thorough assessment of my condition has changed my life in a very positive way. I have recently been going to Advantage Sport physiotherapy I drive from South of Edmonton to St albert just to see the Occupational Therapist Rupal Jain and Physiotherapist Sylvanne Foo. Both individuals do not disappoint. They are kind and professional, I would highly recommend!

My 14 year old fractured a hip playing club soccer in the late summer. After 6 weeks of being non-weight bearing on his injured leg, he then entered into physio. We were so fortunate to find this clinic. Sylyanne was the therapist who took my son on. She was thorough, knowledgeable and caring and took a holistic approach to my son's healing. She laid a plan out for my son that was easy to follow and knew when to engage the expertise of the other specialists within the clinic - in our case it was the resident sports doctor. Sylyanne remained easily accessible to us through the course of therapy - she was always just an email away. With Sylyanne's guidance my son is now back on the pitch playing the game that he loves. We are grateful.

The quality of care when you come to this Physiotherapy Clinic is exceptional. Staff are professional and personable. Cleaning is done regularly and overall experience was great.

I would be more than happy to vouch for Sylyanne as she treated my sciatica like symptoms on my lower left back/piriformis area for 7 weeks and now I can say that I am 95% back to normal. Kimberly Dice has been a miracle worker for my arthritic hips. If you’re looking for someone who can work on your hip flexor muscles without wanting to pass out - Kimberly is the one for you! After losing a significant amount of weight and working out consistently for two years I still found myself in a lot of pain daily. Working with Kimberley and the exercise programs she created has taken the daily pain away. Kimberly’s dedication to helping me has improved my outlook on living with arthritis at a fairly young age. If you’re looking for a hands on physio therapist I highly recommend Kimberly.

I’ve been seeing Sylyanne there for some time now and while we still have to work on some things, as my injury/issue is a long term thing, she has helped me reach milestones much faster than I thought I could. A wonderful person, throughout and on the ball. As for the rest of the team, each and every person I’ve interacted with at the clinic has been nothing but wonderful and friendly. Always a smile, always a little joke (or open for one), always interested in how you’re doing. Thanks for the great care and continuing care I am receiving there.

Austin has been amazing help getting back my knee to to it’s original state. He’s very patient and will challenge you to best, high recommend his work.

I went in for upper back and neck pain. Working with Sylyanne was a wonderful experience. She walks you through each exercise, and if you need clarification,she does not hesitate to help. If the exercises were not working properly or causing pain, they were switched out for something better fitting.
