Oilfields General Hospital

This hospital has proved itself over and over to be some of the most companionate and kind care. Emergency has always been attentive and kind. My grandmother was in here for quite a few weeks and it was the best possible experience we could have asked for.
A huge thank you to the staff at oil fields for how companionate your care is, this facility makes me have hope for the healthcare system.
Thank you for being such great human beings.

Sprained my ankle scrambling today. Stopped in at Oil Fields to get it checked out, and the experience was rather quick, staff was great and attentive. I suggest you try to stay out of emergency, but it you have to go, you will be in good hands there.

A bit of a wait, though given current health care climate nothing compared to Calgary. Maybe an hour or two max. Nurses and Dr's listen to you rather than trying to simply shuffle you out the door. I for one appreciate them all, as well as the work the do, and the compassion they bring without fail.

I can’t say enough about the quality of care I received at this hospital. Being from another province visiting friends I was in an ATV accident in the foot hills. I was pretty battered and bruised but was taken care of with compassion and tenderness. I would like to give kudos to nurses Kate and Mellisa and Dr Kyle R.

My mother was brought here and I cannot say enough good things!

Everyone has been attentive, pleasant and more than willing to assist. Professionalism at its finest.

I see some folks were complaining about wait times in their reviews...yup, sometimes you got to wait. I was waiting for the doctor to give me an update on my mother for three hours...oh, while they were literally saving a man's life in an another room. I think my update wasn't nearly as important.

.It's hard to describe but from the security staff that said,"Don't worry about your car,you can move it later" to the nurses and doctors who go above and beyond.We are so fortunate to have this hospital

Very nice people, caring. Dr. Lamire was very, very nice, caring and helpful. The young lady in xray was very sweet. I appreciate everyone there. Thank you.

My Mum was taken to Emergency , we did wait to see the Dr. But well worth the wait. She received excellent attention and was admitted for treatment. We couldn’t have asked for better care, Thank you everyone.

I had an excellent experience in the emergency department here the evening and night of Tuesday, January 24, 2017; that is if you can call a trip to ER excellent! The unit secretary who checked me in and the nurses taking care of me were pleasant and efficient. Dr. Tristan Hemsbroff was quick with the very obvious diagnosis, gentle in exam to not cause more pain, and immediately presented the plan all the while having a very caring demeanor about him.

My Grandma was admitted on June 26th with a broken leg. She was very pleased with the facility as well as the kind and helpful care she received from the healthcare staff before they transferred her to Calgary. 👍🏻

The best hospital in my opinion in Alberta. Short to none wait time, very knowledgeable staff, caring and friendly.
