Very nice and clean new store that looks great. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, always willing to help.
If you do adopt, they will push certain products on you, but that's for basic animal care and is good information for people who may be less informed about what their new pet may need.
Lots of available products for all types of animals (aquatic too). Prices are reasonable.

They have everything for pets and more.
Helpful staff.
You can even take your pet shopping with you.

The store is clean and very well organized. Helpful and friendly staff. I appreciated the excellent customer service from Abril with the information about recycling an old fish aquarium.

We adopted a cat from this location. Danielle and her team were awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, and they clearly prioritize the wellbeing of the animals in their care.

I went in there today after work to pick up some stuff for my cats, and Sam was such a pleasure and so helpful! She pulled the biggest cat tree off the highest shelf for me, helped me bring it outside and the staff even sent me home with some raw treats. 6/5 for these ladies!

We love this Pet land! Everyone there is so helpful and their membership is free to sign up for! They have a wide range of dog food and treats, and if the dog food you bought doesn't work for your pup, you can return it within 30 days even if you've used some and they donate it to shelters! They always greet our puppy with love.

Staff were friendly. I got to see and touch a kitty. Prices are not too bad but can be a little pricey at times.

Everyone is super nice, friendly, helpful and approachable. They aren't trying to sell you on things and will literally just bring out animals to play with because they want to make sure the animals are getting enough stimulation and used to handling from different people.
Highly recommend heading over there as they can help you find what you are looking for whether it be a litter catcher or a new family member.

Was in the store couple weeks ago to get dog food, they were out of stock of what I needed. I asked if they could check one other location but they were out as well. The staff went above and beyond and called a few stores till they found the product I was looking for and had it ready for me to pick up at the other location. Great customer service every time I’ve been at this location.

Took my two and a half year old daughter to pick out some new toys for our dog.
My daughter was immediately assisted by a staff member who helped her look through the toys. She then took out a number of animals for my daughter to see up close. The manager came by and chatted with my daughter as well.
Excellent effort to make the shopping experience pleasant for both of us.

Amazing!!! The costumer service was outstanding. That girl took her time to show me around and help me get some stuff for my cat Shassy Nemesis ( She still doesn't know her name but I love her to death) she asked some questions and she found out that I don't know anything about cats and she helped me make some decisions about Shassy's food and litter box. We went to every isle in the store and she explained everything so well. If you're reading this (sorry I forgot your name).
Petland is pricey though but the stuff are great and if you want your pet to have a better (Brand new stuff) you should definitely go there!!

Great selection of animals, and an even greater group of staff! Most employees are quite knowledgeable, some more than others on certain animals and products, however everyone seems upbeat and positive every time I go in! I highly recommend checking out their fish and reptile department, here you will find a beautiful arrangement of colourful and healthy fish, and a unique and fascinating selection of reptiles and amphibians. The animals are all well taken care of here, and look to be very happy and healthy!

Manager and staff were great to deal with! Helped me with my overweight cat probably and recommended a couple food solutions. Not pushy to high priced products. Will visit again
