I think this is probably the best location because it’s not packed like the other locations and also the manager here (black straight hair slim girl with great nails) is super nice here and doesn’t have an attitude like some of the other locations do. It’s a big store and has lots of variety clothing and has shoes and accessories as well. Parking right beside it might be a bit tricky but they are some spots on the side.

I had an amazing experience here! The store was clean and organized! The return/exchange process was easy, the young man at the checkout was very kind and welcoming to me! There was so much selection from kids to adults. Everything was very affordable. If I could give them 10 stars I would!! Thank you!

The customer service here is quite decent for being an urban planet, any other urban planet you won’t get a hi, how are you? Do you need help? nothing. This location actually takes the time to acknowledge you being in their store, the selection is great, always have stuff in my size since it’s a pretty hole in the wall location. Never busy in here so no wait to check out, huge store that they don’t even know what to do with the extra space. Also huge roast to the most recent review, seems to be a hate crime because the cashier is lgbtq, It’s 2024 lmfao grow up. They wouldn’t be wearing something to work they aren’t allowed to. These businesses have a strict dress code, maybe they were just wearing something feminine that this clown didn’t like them wearing.

Excellent customer service! A big thank you to the Asian guy at the checkout! I went with my wife tonight upon closing cuz I had to grab something urgent, and they had BOGO 50% off!! And the guy at the checkout was very friendly, offered me to leave some stuff at the checkout so I didn’t have to hold them, and also helped find what I was looking for! The experience was very enjoyable for the both of us and we came away with a few pieces for me that I'm wearing a lot and loving already. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're in Deerfoot City!

Urban planet has an incredible selection of affordable fashion clothes, cool streetwear pieces! Staffs here are so passionate about what they do and this makes the shopping experience so much better. So excited that they're now open in Deerfoot city!

This store is beautiful and clean and the staff are so nice and ready to help. They walked with me to find the clothes I was looking for. I’ve been shopping Urban Planet for years and the clothes look great after tons of washing and drying. I’ll keep shopping this store. I came in close to closing time but I was still welcomed by all the staff, I was helped lots from Julie and Kendra who didn’t make me feeI bad for trying on a pile of clothes 20 minutes before closing, instead they were happy to help with sizes and they added to my outfits. Thank you for the help ladies, also thank you so much for being so efficient while being super speedy.

New location has a great selection of clothing and huge layout. I ended up buying some items that were on sale plus I got extra 10% off for sighing up can’t wait to come back best in the city as of now!

I've been shopping in and off here for years. This trip started off horrible, with another employee and I was ready to leave the change rooms and store disappointed. Fatima asked how I was doing and stepped up. Helped me find everything I was looking for and made me feel like a million bucks. It really shows how employees make the shopping experience.
