Wow! Incredible customer service and experience here. My favorite pair of leather boots had fallen apart and I didn’t think they could be fixed - I was about to throw them out actually!

I brought my boots here and they were able to add a new sole without compromising the overall aesthetics of my boots. They offered me many options for the repair, seems like they can do almost anything here!

Overall, I’m extremely impressed with how they look and the fact I can wear them out again. It’s been 3 years since I’ve worn my favorite boots.

I would highly recommend bringing any shoes, boots, footwear here to get fixed up or even just for maintenance. I dealt with Lydia and she was informative and extremely detail orientated. Price was great and they even told me how to take better care of my boots to avoid more repairs in the future.

I had an amazing experience here - my tan leather heels which were torn at the tip of the shoe were turned away by other shoe repair places but fixed by Sky Shoes. I didn't catch the lady's name but she had glasses and was super knowledgeable about how to fix it. She color matched the leather repair to the point where you can barely see the original damage - I was so impressed. This was not cheap to fix but I think their pricing was fair and customer service solid. Highly recommend and I would go back.

I had the straps on a pair of heels shortened, the straps on my favourite bag fixed up and 2 pants shortened and everything came out perfect! The customer service was excellent and they were very clear in explaining everything to me and what was needed. 100% recommend.

I've been coming to these folks for almost 10 years. Sky has given me reliable and friendly service. Wait times are long for shoe repair work, but I've had 15 minute wristwatch service. I'll continue coming to them for service on my work boots and more.

After my contractors neglected to cover any of my things when doing a reno, 7 pairs of my leather and nubuck boots were covered in dust. I thought they were ruined. I brought them into Sky Shoes and Repair and they were able to clean them beautifully! They look better than when I first bought them. Thank you!

I am a regular customer of Sky Shoes & Repair. They have repaired my brief case, garment bag, and shoes. I also have them replace my watch batteries when needed. Their service and prices are always excellent. We are lucky to have them in the neighborhood.

They put new soles on $9 boots I thrifted and polished them up and the boots look AMAZING!

Got my sandals fixed! Thank you. They did a good job. Good price too. Compare that to buying a new pair when they just needed a band fixed.

They dyed my leather hush puppy mules from brown to a beautiful shiny black. It was a bit pricey to get done; although, it was well worth it. Now my shoes match all outfits. The customer service was friendly and welcoming when walking into the store. I am going to ask them to sharpen my hairdressing scissors too. Thank you Sky Shoes and Repair. So very pleased with the service!

Amazing work on fixing a broken zipper on my jacket! And additionally sew a rip in a pocket, no extra charge! I’ll be back with another jacket next week! Thank you! 😃🙏

Bought a High Sierra backpack January 3rd 2022– extremely friendly service— the lady mentioned a “warranty” and I didn’t pay much attention to it bcuz I’ve never had a warranty on any backpack in my 33 years. 8 months later I called the store to ask about the warranty and they gave me an ‘800’ number— called & realized it’s Samsonite— they told me to email the pics of the “damage”… they simply responded to my email with a link to their website with all their backpacks and told me to choose my top 3 picks— since backpack is still under warranty— they shipped my 1st choice to my house— my 1st choice was double the price I paid in January. Buy ur backpack at this store, it’s worth it.

Very pleasant to do business with.The service was great as I went in to get two keys made.$5 a key was worth the great service.
I would recommend this place to anyone as for me the service is everything.
And I found out they carry sketchers sneakers at a good price.!

Supperb work they did more than I expected love there work

We needed to get a handbag repaired somewhat urgently. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and though they had a large backlog of work, they found a way to accommodate us. The price was extremely reasonable, and the repair seems excellent.

They have repaired my shoes here on multiple occasions, very quickly and at a good price. The last pair of boots i had repaired there, the heel was done so well it was even better than the original heel it came with. I've also bought shoes from them, which i still have and are great quality. The girl that works there is super friendly, outgoing and helpful. I've also had my keys cut here, they have it all!

I brought my boyfriend's Gucci hightops in and the soles were completely deteriorated (unfortunate craftsmanship) the lovely girl who works there Lydia told me to leave them and the cobbler would phone me and tell me if they could be saved or not. That evening he called me and told me he could fix them and it would take about one week. I just picked them up today and honestly I'm shocked at what an amazing job they did fixing them!! They look better than they did originally! I highly recommend taking your shoes in need of repairs to Sky Shoes & Repair!

I wore holes in the bottom of my comfiest shoes and could not bear to let them go. With new soles, they look beautiful - plus I don't have to break in a new pair. Sky Shoes & Repair did a fabulous job!
