Walked in tonight and was pleasantly greeted by one of their newer employees -- Kurnell (sp?) whom was quick to help me on a vehicle insurance renewal. Just wanted to pass on my gratitude for his amazing & courteous service in answering all my questions without feeling rushed in any way. He explained everything concisely, was very knowledgeable and reviewed my current coverage to ensure it was optimum based on benefit & costs. An excellent asset to this company, I'll look forward to next year for receiving his great service again!

First time using Park Insurance. Location was convenient with lots of free parking. Dale was pleasant to deal with and answered all my questions. Everything was fast and efficient, I didn't lose much time on my lunch hour.

Easy to access location with good parking. Been renewing my car insurance here for years and always in-and-out in record time. Have had Snigdha help me most of the time and she is thorough, professional and always willing to answer any questions. Great service over the phone/online as well.

I came into the store to switch my insurance over from another province and all I can is that the customer experience is amazing. Hardeep is very professional and is easy to deal with. The best part about my interaction with her was that she helped me save money on the coverage I was looking for without me asking, which made it easier for me. I went back to this business today for more Autoplan assistance, and the new lady there, 'Sandi' upheld the service level I've grown accustomed to here at Park Insurance. Again, this location stands the test of time as a very dependable place to go to for your insurance needs.

October 21st, 2021 UPDATE:
CLEARLY by the frequency this business owner posts replies to those of us who post feedback here, it's obvious they care--if only by this display of proof alone. But there's more for me to add today....
Again, I went to this office to terminate my Autoplan on a second vehicle that I scrapped today, and yet another clerk who serviced my paperwork tasks was wonderful in the way she treated me as well.

These folks are the ones to go to for anything Insurance related. I'm sure they'll give you a smile well before they're done working with you.

Just got new Plates for my car and Sandi helped me out.

I had recently lost our fleet insurance broker and wasn't sure what I was going to do come renewal time. Thankfully the friendly folks at Park Insurance were up to the task! Emily took over the portfolio and did an excellent job keeping me posted on any claims that we may want to pay out to keep our premiums down and ensuring that all the vehicles had the same required coverage. I feel so much better knowing that I've found a great broker that's part of an awesome team. I would highly recommend Park Insurance to anyone looking for someone to handle their insurance needs. :)

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Sean from here on two occasions and could not be happier with the service.
The first time we needed travel insurance for our family and the details provided were clear and concise. The different options were presently with great information that spoke to the coverage offered for my unique situation and questions were answered without hesitation.
The second time was for home insurance as my old policy was expiring. I provided information on my old policy and was advised of a few options along with one that had equal or greater coverage at a lower rate then my renewal would have been with my original provider.
An absolute pleasure to work with and I will definitely be back as a loyal customer for all of my insurance needs!

After dealing with Park Insurance for the last couple years, I won't go anywhere else for my insurance needs. Very friendly staff that are always patient with the multiple policies I deal with through them. Definitely takes the edge off of dealing with ICBC autoplan coverages. Occasionally there is a wait to get in, but I find it's always worth it. Thanks for the excellent service.

I am writing this review today to inform you about an employee that goes above and beyond for her clients. Her name is Emily . She has provided me with my car insurance for the past few years which I could not be happier with . It was just weeks ago that she took care of my house insurance in a timely and efficient manner . I had thought of switching to insurance provided through my company but Emily got me thinking that perhaps over the phone service might not be what I wanted. Her willingness to assist me personally coaching me all the way is something that I needed. She is always providing me & I am certain all of her clients with the education needed to make good choices.

Words cannot express the comfort and the sense of security that having someone like her in my corner means to me. She provided me with peace of mind and that speaks loud & clear. Again Thanks Emily for service second to none.
