Sheryl was an excellent help few days ago. She went above and beyond to find proper products and pricing for me which didn't ask for it.
Save on should proud of a staff like her.
Overall a very clean and tidy store with lots of underground free parking available.
Situated in very new closed mall with many shops around to explore.
This store has walkalator which is very handy

This Save-On has the BEST meat department. It seems to be very well-managed, has an excellent selection and decent prices. I go out of my way to buy meat at this location.
The bakery is also very good, so much better than the Save-On in New West.
While the prices are quite high for all other items, I do try to shop here to spite Loblaws as well as support a BC business rather than Walmart.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jessica, one of the cashiers at the front, and I gotta say that woman is worth her weight in gold 💛. She is smart, kind, understanding, quick on her feet, and more than helpful. Jessica, I mean every single word. Thank you for all of your help. It was a pleasure to meet such a kind, warm hearted person who cares for the people she encounters during her work days. Wishing you all the best ♥.

All we got was mojo frys but they were good 👍 and we sat outside at the waterfall

Yesterday evening I went to collect my daughter's birthday cake which I have ordered couple of days earlier, I went to the store around 6:40PM, I was shocked when I found the store closed (due to New year early closing hrs) but after talking to the gentleman who was arranging the shelves and explaining the situation he helped me to get in and get the cake which we really appreciate his understanding otherwise my daughter's birthday party was useless.

Variety of diary products you can't find in Walmart, city market..

This is my favorite Save-On-Foods. Everything is always neatly shelved and stocked. The best part of my experience here is the the cashier Chris. She really makes the experience so great. Being very courteous and nice to talk too, and she usually has a fun shirt, hat or both that is themed to the time of year (Cool cat shirt with lights, or a fun mini Santa Hat, some Halloween themed shirt). Highly reccomend this Save-On-Foods, and going through Chris' isle when checking out cause she's so lovely to chat with when checking out.

Great location cause we live close hahaha. But ya a bit pricy depending on what you buy...but saved me in multiple occassions when I had missing ingredients for cooking lol.

The best stores many a variety and great service

I love how I know where all my staple items are and when they are on sale! Store is clean, well organized, variety of products and prices are great! Staff are friendly, fast, efficient & when it's busy, line ups still move pretty quickly. It's a great store to buy all your grocery needs! Fresh & frozen foods & snacks!

Very convenient for me to shop there, staff are helpful and nice at deli section. Girls at self check out might be a bit stressed out... would be great,if manager will speak about how it is important for customer service to be positive and relaxed. Your smile, it's the first what I can see walking into the store and the last what gives me impression about service in general.

A nice place to shop. Nice staff, friendly enough to learn your name and make time to walk over and chat.
Compared favourably to Buy Low for pricing, sometimes more, sometimes less, but in the same bracket.

Most of the Indian spice's are available, staffs are friendly.

Easy to get to, either driving, using transit or if you live in the neighborhood. Open at 7am. Great deli and bakery, seafood and fresh meats. Prices competitive. Staff friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Great community grocery store.

Selection is fresh and store is clean. Meat stock during sales is too low. I was there first thing in the morning when they opened for business and steaks were on sale and they only had 6 packs to choose from. The area it was in could easily hold 20🤷‍♀

Manager walked by overhear my inquiry to an employee and personally offered to check in the back without being asked.

Good shop. Varieties of products are there

There are many things in this save on food. Basically, you can find the food and supplies you need for life. I like its meat very much, especially beef steak. I don’t visit many people every time. I don’t line up. It is a shopping place I often go to. Their staff is also very enthusiastic and has a good attitude.
