I went to over 5 dealerships with this picture of a Benz printed in my head I couldn’t find it anywhere and then I went to thornhill Mercedes and when I say they had the exact car I wanted. I want to say a big thanks to Adrien who helped me find my car, excellent customer service, great communication, and he’s just excellent over all. Big thanks to Vico as well who played a big role in me getting my car too. All together I would recommend! The staff are amazing, and they really help you find the car you need, explain everything you need to know, and walk you through all processes. Would 100% recommend. Adrian’s the best!!!!!

I wanna say thanks to Christopher Chung at Mercedes Thornhill Service. Left my car there to get the battery fixed, and he was really helpful. He quickly answered all my questions and sent me updates every day. On top of that, he arranged a loaner car for emergency dropoff as soon as possible, which was incredibly convenient. It was great to be kept in the loop like that and have the extra support. I really appreciate the effort and the service.

Just drove by to this place and met Catherine Chan. She by far is the best salesperson as she does care for her customer and their needs. She probably is the best that’s why this is the second car I have purchased from her. The over all feel of the entire dealership was amazing. Everyone were friendly they even had a DJ in the evening playing some good music. I would definitely recommend this place and do see Catherine as she wouldn’t just sell you a car, she will sell you a car that suits your need.
