Access Storage - Burlington Central

Access storage was fantastic. Getting set up with a unit was very easy and Ravindu was amazing to deal with. Zero issues ever getting in and out of the the locker. Interior was immaculate and always well maintained.

When a renovation turned into a catastrophe, Ravi was able to help me get set up with a unit quickly enough to save a lot of my belongings from being destroyed by water. Great service. Ravindu was great to deal with and very helpful. He went above and beyond to help me find the unit I needed and helped me save several hundred dollars(stair charge?) from the moving company by moving me to a larger unit at the same cost on the main level. Great place to store your stuff with wide variety of different size storage units. One of the best storage place I have ever been to.
The units are clean and accessible so easy to get to. Overall a great experience,
reasonable cost and I would definitely recommend it to others. Staff is very cooperative.

Staff there are great! Needed some storage after a downsizing move, and a friend recommended Access Storage on Fairview. We started out with a 10x10 unit, and over the last few months, we have reduced our locker size twice. Both times I have been helped by Ravindu, who made each change quick and easy.

Terrific experience from start to finish. Beginning with the agent who took the initial call on the 1-800 number, the process was seamless. Once on site, Ravindu was great to deal with. He was polite, courteous, extremely helpful, and was able to quickly get me a new unit after some complications with the first one. It's too bad more companies don't have their own 'Ravindu' as this was textbook customer service start to finish. Highly recommend.

Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and had their clients best interests at heart. They were helpful in getting us the right solution for the right price. This has become very rare and they should be commended for such outstanding service!

After visiting numerous self-storage facilities 5+ years ago, this particular Access Storage was by far the cleanest so I chose to rent one of the indoor units. I stored many belongings in boxes, bins etc. as well as some furniture for years and was pleasantly surprised that everything was dust-free when I finally got around to moving everything out.

I was having one of the worst moves of my life! I couldn't possibly have more things go wrong if I tried! Until I got to my drop-off location of ACCESS STORAGE (Fairview Street in Burlington) - I was exhausted, and the store owner was excellent. Not only did I get an excellent price on the perfect sized locker. The owner was entirely empathetic to my situation and went out of his way to ensure that all my troubles ended yhrtrl

Access Storage on Fairview Street in Burlington is exceptional. Attentive service by Store Manager Vincent, and the pricing is very reasonable with $25 fee only during first month. Also, cancellation anytime with prorate options makes things very flexible!

Todd was exceptional in helping secure a storage area. It was a pleasure to deal with him. He doesn't usually work at this Burlington location. However, I'm glad he was the day I showed up!

Customer service is top notch, Ravindu is an excellent store manager very friendly, helpful and polite. Facility is clean. Will definitely without a doubt recommend Access to anyone looking for self storage.

You just can't compare these guys to the others.....they surpass the competition in ways you'll notice immediately! Ravindu de Silva couldn't have been more helpful in adjusting my rental to suit the needs I had. He HEARD what I was saying and ACTED on it to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with everything. He was clear in all of his instructions and made sure I understood them so there were no problems. Knowing I was uneasy about arriving after they close, he double check to ensure my code to enter the premises was operating without any issues. The facility was amazingly clean, well lit and had anything we required to assist us in moving the items into storage... not to mention ANYTHING one might need for this service. Outstanding in everyway...don't waste your money elsewhere...this has everything you need AND unbelievable customer service!
