Been here a couple of times now and Monica is amazing! She asks if there is an area of concern where she can focus on for the massage and will concentrate on that area. My left shoulder was in a lot of pain the other day and after the massage it was feeling a lot better! Definitely recommend the reflexology as well!

Monica was absolutely wonderful!! She was very patient, calm, and attentive. She is so accommodating and compassionate to tailor the massage to your needs and adjust the pressure to fit what you’re looking for. Great RMT!

I have had 5 Lymphatic Massages at this spa with Monica and can't say enough good things about my experience. I was nervous as I had surgery and wasn't sure I would feel comfortable but within minutes Monica put me as ease and I have healed so much faster then my doctors expected. I was very impressed with the reception and her willingness to make a last minute appointment for my partner and I to have a couples massage for our anniversary. He had never had one and wasn't sure about it and now can't wait to do this again. Hands down my massage place for good now. You are in very good hands here.

I was contacted by the owner, Nick, as the result of a mix up when scheduling a previous appointment. He offered me an opportunity to come in to his Guelph Line location and experience the service that I thought I had previously booked. I was treated to a Traditional Chinese Reflexology treatment that was superb. Nick was exceedingly generous and gracious and I will definitely book another treatment there. The spa is very clean and the treatment was excellent.

I’ve gone to Be Pampered Appleby location many times over the years for foot reflexology, pedicure, facial, lymphatic massage and regular massage. Their combo packages are of great value and the spa itself is clean and quiet.

I used to book appointments based on availability and rotate through different therapists until I received a massage from Hui. Now I make sure I book with her. She’s amazing, very strong and I like high pressure to get all of the tension and she just seems to know which areas needs work. I’ve tried many places and many therapists and she’s absolutely my favourite. She is the reason I keep going back. I have recommended her to friends and family. Book her, you won’t be disappointed! Also their food reflexology is amazing, get the package with the foot reflexology and follow up with a massage and you’ll find yourself very relaxed and happy!

Ru recommend Monica -RMT. Monica’s massage was second to none. Her years of experience came through with a relaxing massage. I felt rejuvenated and stress free. I found this spa through a Google search and subsequent reviews, and decided to try out one of their 3-hour packages that included reflexology, massage, and a facial. I booked with Hui, as she was highly recommended, and she provided a great treatment with the right amount of deep pressure. It was my first time trying out reflexology and I enjoyed it and felt relaxed after. Thank you, Hui!

Enjoyed an absolutely outstanding massage from Cindy today. She was incredibly intuitive and knew all the right spots to work on without me having to direct her. All the staff I dealt with were kind, friendly and professional and I'm definitely going soon. Would 100% recommend.

Hui at the appleby location is a life saver! Recently I was experiencing major back pain and she was able to pin point and work on all the areas that were causing me trouble.

I’ve been recommending this space since 2019 to all my family members for various different reasons. The first time I popped in was to the Guelph line location where I booked a 3 hour massage which included foot reflexology, deep tissue as well as cupping massage. I was experiencing chronic back pain seeing my chiropractor regularly and after that one visit to Be Pampered, things majorly got better regarding my recovery.

Since then I’ve also had stone massages done and Chinese traditional massage.

Nick is incredible at the Guelph line location. He is very knowledgeable and actively participates in helping you get the treatment you need or has great recommendations for which practitioners to go with if you have a specific need or you’re looking to simply relax.

Hui is one of the best massage therapists that I’ve ever had in my life. She is at the appleby location and I truly believe she is a healer. She is very strong and when I had a recent back issue, was able to resolve it with the massage deep tissue massage!

This place has truly the best service all around - from how they answer the phone to when they greet you on arrival to the treatments and technicians themselves. They genuinely care about their customers, which feels like a rarity in business these days! Nowhere else that I’ve been can match how good their foot reflexology services are, or their great prices. Thanks for a wonderful experience every time, looking forward to bringing my mother with me for my next appointment.

If you are looking for an amazing massage, Be Pampered Spa is the place to go and Cindy is the best RMT. I can honestly say it was the best massage I have ever had. I am super satisfied and Cindy definitely focused on my individual needs and areas of concerns.
