The best experience! I’m in my mid-40s and my age in my face was starting to bother me. But I am not ready for anything invasive. After a thorough consultation with Andriana, we developed a plan and series of treatments. I feel great and my skin looks fantastic, plus the droopiness around my jaw line is basically gone. Andriana is a top professional and one of the best in the business. I highly recommend heritage med spa!

I have been going to this spa for many years now. The new management and Olha have been great. They let me know about promos when they are ongoing which is always appreciated. Overall, I am very happy with my treatments and the overall improvement in my skin! Very recommended.

I had the most wonderful facial today with John. John is one of the reasons why I come back to Heritage Way. Every appointment is different and is customized to my skincare needs. He sets a care plan and tailors my treatment to the current state of my skin. Not only is he knowledgeable, efficient, and diligent in his work, his enthusiasm, passion, and charisma really makes my spa visits enjoyable. I have been a loyal customer to Heritage Way and it's always been such a treat to come back. Kudos also to Sally at the front desk for always creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

No judging, no pushy sales, and no nagging about what I haven't done. Instead, I get fantastic service and great products that we tailor to my skin needs as they change. I have visited many medispa’s since turning 40 and making my skin a priority. HW is hands down the best spa that I have been to for a few key reasons. Olha who has done my treatments so far (I have had 2 so far), is very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. She explains the steps as we go and checks in with me along the way. She is very patient with me when explaining my skin care needs and she is really supportive. She makes me feel understood in my skin struggles and goals, and has been instrumental in my success thus far. My skin already looks so much brighter and younger! While Olha is AMAZING, she is in great company, as the rest of the staff are equally warm and accommodating. Everyone from the owner, to Sally in the front, and the other estheticians contribute to a wonderful vibe in the shop and it is such a pleasure to get to spend time there. It feels like a vacation for the hour that I'm there!

So happy to have found a wonderful HW Medical Spa located in Burlington! The team is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and takes the time to listen and pick the best service to meet my needs. My skin has scarring and some other issues and with the custom facials services I have noticeable improved skin, as I have been using their services now for almost 3 years. This spa has great products to choose from with a great quality, and have helped my skin so much! The spa is clean, well kept, has a pleasant and calming atmosphere and parking is free. The reception staff are all pleasant, patient and welcoming, they add to a positive experience. Great team, great spa and I look forward to being a customer for many years to come!

I've been going to Heritage Way Med Spa for many months now to fix my problem skin and I am very happy with the results so far. I have tricky skin so the fact that something is actually working means they're doing something right. I feel safe in their hands when using certain machines and the staff is quite pleasant. Also, the atmosphere is very well designed, and this is coming from a professional interior designer. As well as very clean and inviting. I highly recommend their company and services.

I have been going to heritage way medical spa for over a year now and absolutely love their services. I have had treatments done by almost all the ladies who work there and they are all fantastic! They are very knowledgeable about what they do and will work with you to come up with a treatment plan and put together packages to fit your physical as well as monetary needs. They have helped me to get ready for my upcoming wedding and I could not be happier! If you are unsure about trying something new, get their offer on Groupon and you will be hooked!

Knowledgeable stuff! I had my first appointment with Ana just about a year ago for a facial deep cleanse. She was very nice, explained everything for my type of skin (I have very deep pores that are closed off). She also made good suggestions how to take care of my skin at home between facials. Now, I come to see her every 2 months just to help with circulation and keep my face clear! Would highly recommend Ana!

I couldn't be happier with my results. The staff at HWMS Burlington is amazing.. Olga (sp?) is so kind and knowledgeable. When I started at HWMS I suffered from bad cystic acne with heavy redness and scaring. Fast forward 6 months, I have barely a blemish on my face, with almost no redness, the scarring is incredibly better, and it's really all thanks to her. I was hesitant to try the Biologique Recherche products but, I am beyond glad I did because I am now hooked for life. I seriously can't recommend them more.

For many years I’ve been struggling from sun damage on my face. I recently visited this place recommend by my friend, I was totally surprised from the outcome. They took such good care of me right from the start. Angela explain each step of the process, which was easy to follow. This experience was so exciting and made me feel comfortable in my new skin! I had a service from Noor (sp?) today. It was very pleasant and it was very good value. I was a bit nervous because I read the comments right before I went to the spa but I didn't experience anything negative. Everyone was very nice, not rushed at all.. Noor did suggest follow up treatments but I didn't feel pressure. Lastly, as someone that regularly get skin treatments I know that a single treatment won't have any effect on your skin. You will need multiple treatments and they would not being doing their job if they didn't explain what follow up is needed.
