Have received many bouquets from Millcroft and they have never disappointed. Decided to have my wedding flowers done here and I was absolutely blown away by the pure beauty and effort put into it. Will only be going here for flowers from now on.

I drop by here every month or so and they’re always super welcoming, plus their flowers look great!

Stumbled in here originally randomly looking for a place to buy my fiancé flowers, been returning ever since.

Quan has made the most stunning bouquets for us, including our wedding flowers. I can not recommend her and Millcroft florist more. Will never buy Flowers from anywhere else again.

Choosing Quan to do our flowers was one of the best decisions we could have made for our wedding. My husband and I had a feeling she would be great when we first walked into her shop, and we couldn't have been more right. The flowers were very important to me and I was so incredibly happy with how beautiful her arrangements looked.

Quan is truly an artist. Everything she put together fit in perfectly with the decor and she went above and beyond setting everything up for our wedding at the Hacienda Sarria in Kitchener. She really listened to us and brought forward ideas that really complemented our vision.

We HIGHLY recommend Quan - she is such a talent and you would be so lucky to have her for your wedding!!

Exceptional service. Had a very last minute request for a same-day flower delivery for close friends that just welcomed a baby. I honestly didnt think they would be able to pull it off so quickly — they not only agreed to do it, but completed the order with significant care to provide a beautiful product. Popped in to buy some flowers, found what I wanted and was helped by a friendly staff member, she was not satisfied with the look of a couple flowers in the arrangement so she swapped them out.

Always a very easy transaction when I call or drop by. They are very flexible and willing to go the extra mile for any occasion. I’ve never had an arrangement that wasn’t gorgeous and long lasting. They will custom make any bouquet within any budget. Your loved one will be thrilled. Skip the grocery store flowers and come here.

Ordered 6 single long stem roses individually packaged; they were gorgeous and packed with beautiful greenery. Shop had them ready in less than 20 minutes, even though I wasn't in a rush! Beautiful shop and wonderful customer service. Keep them in mind for your local floral needs!

I should have gone with this florist to begin with. I had originally ordered flowers for delivery and decided that the delivery cost was a little high. After I learned that florists without delivery costs are built into the price. Interesting.
There was a miscommunication with an employee and myself, so our conversation didn't have the effect I wanted it to. However that being said, the flowers that were delivered were absolutely stunning. They matched the website description perfectly and were delivered quickly.
The owner/manager is lovely, understood my concerns and did her best to rectify the situation. Thank you so much for a wonderful bouquet and great customer service. Will be ordering again!

This needs to be the ONLY place you ever go to buy flowers... not only is the staff and owner delightful, helpful, super nice and engaging their flowers are TOP NOTCH.
I have been a loyal supporter of this local store for many many years and have NEVER been disappointed by their quality. They always do an amazing job and never get prickly when you walk in for an adhoc bouquet request. Honestly I'm always so happy with the bouquets but never so much as i was recently which has prompted this review.
Several weeks ago I called early in the day for a lunch time pick of 2 bouquets, and as always they were ready and amazing when i picked them up - today i visited the recipient of the bouquet and they were still enjoy a few remaining flowers from the arrangement - July 15th this bouquet was made and yesterday was August 4th - that's almost 3 weeks!! The recipient was so pleased with how long the flowers lasted it really goes to show when people love what they do it comes through in their work! THANK YOU MILLCROFT FLORIST.

The manager and floral designer, Quan, is amazing at what she does. Everyone is very friendly and always puts 110% into any arrangement they make no matter the size. The flowers are always fresh, and with the recommended care, last quite a while. This is the only place I purchase arrangements from because of the care and pride they're made with, if you're unsure if you should buy from here or not, you definitely should!!! Best florist out there !

Amazing florist! My boyfriend has purchased a beautiful orchid for our anniversary. Customer service was outstanding and the staff/owner are very down to earth and truly care about their clients. The flowers and plants are absolutely stunning and fresh. Will definitely be back!

I had a fantastic experience when ordering custom floral arrangements from Milcroft Florist. With the Covid-19 restrictions, I called and ordered over the phone. The staff was friendly, polite and it was clear she was passionate about flowers. I did a curbside pick-up the same day and the custom bouquets turned out beautiful. I will certainly be a returning customer!
