Very caring Pharmacy. Excellent service and very nice people. Had a bad experience with a Major Drug Mart and Nesrine rescued me! Strongly recommended.

I wish to add to my original overview of Brant Lakeshore Pharmacy.

Recently, I decided to test myself with a Virus kit from the pharmacy.

After testing positive, I called my pharmacy and the owner was incredible. She got me the medication I needed within an hour and stayed late to ensure everything was ok.

I honestly believe she saved me from a brutal encounter with this horrible disease.

I thank you and your establishment from the bottom of my heart!

p.s.: My friend in Georgetown had to wait three days for her medication to counteract the virus.

Wonderful neighbourhood pharmacy with amazing customer service! The owner is kind, caring and efficient. After a great experience getting a walk in Covid vaccination, I decided to transfer my prescriptions here and have not regretted it. Personal service is increasingly rare and I'm very happy to have found it with Nesrine at the Brand Lakeshore Pharmacy.

My wife and I recently received our second dose from Nesrine at her Pharmacy. We had to come on our lunch and she made sure that everything was ready to go when we arrived. We walked in and got our shots immediately. Nesrine was very nice and very knowledgeable about the vaccines. I wish we could have gotten both shots from her!

I had been to Brant and Lakeshore Pharmacy for the first time a few months ago. Recently, I decided to go to this pharmacy (which is closer to me) versus the hospital to get my COVID vaccine. The pharmacist was professional, informative and reassuring. To reduce my fears, he distracted me with friendly conversation. The pharmacist and staff are kind, courteous and helpful and even offered to order in my favourite vitamins which saved me another trip across town. This is a great and convenient pharmacy!

The pharmacist at this location goes above and beyond every time I go in. “Nancy” has the softest voice and is always eager to help. I called about rapid tests and she advised me to rest, eat healthy and get lots of fluids so that I can recover quicker. I absolutely love going in.

Being able to get my second dose of vaccine so close to home was convenient. The pharmacy was quiet, with only one other patient getting her vaccine. The pharmacist answered my questions and made me feel very comfortable. A great experience.

I wandered in to this pharmacy to inquire as to if they were offering the second Covid booster. The friendly pharmacist said that I could book on their webpage or if I had time I could receive it immediately. She sat me down and in a few minutes I had received the painless shot in the most professional manner and I was out the door. Truly amazing service!

My husband and I had both of our booster shots at Brant Lakeshore Pharmacy. This was the only pharmacy we found which was offering both--Moderna, and Pfizer vaccines. Polite and helpful staff. Fast and efficient service.

Had a great experience here. My second vaccination was administered to me and my boyfriend in no time. Thank you so much for helping me navigate downloading my vaccination receipts. As soon as children under 12 can be vaccinated we will be back!

During COVID-19 it's hard to find products your looking for and delivery times can take up to weeks. I messaged the Pharmacy and within an hour the order was on my front step - all no contact. I made a request for cat food (which they do not carry) and they even went out of their way to try and secure some for me. Wonderful service, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. All around lovely people.

I recently switched to this pharmacy because it was easier for me to pickup my prescriptions here - and it's been such a pleasant experience! The pharmacist here is very attentive, careful, and friendly. She's extremely friendly and you can tell she really cares about her clients and what she does. Nesrine is the best pharmacist in Burlington. So good that many of our condo neighbours trust her with their health needs and have also brought their business to her. She is helpful and dedicated and such an asset to her patients.

From our first visit, we needed to look no further! 5 stars doesn’t begin to describe the personal and attentive experience of Nesrine’s service. Just her beautiful smile lights up the whole place - yes, even on a gloomy day! It can’t get any better than that!
