Dr. Kamran did an amazing job and listening and truly understanding the problems I was having. She was easy to talk to and very thorough with her examining of my problem. She even noticed another problem I was having and immediately gave me advice and treatment to that problem as well. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for an MD.

At the onset, the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The wait was not long in the waiting area since I arrived early to my morning appointment. Dr. Kamran was very helpful and discussed the many screening options available to me, made suggestions to improve my BMI, and agreed to a referral for improving my knee health with an orthopedic specialist. She listened carefully to my suggestions as we collaborated together to develop a medical plan and to optimize my personal responsibilities for the coming year. The phlebotomist was very proficient and friendly when the blood work for lab testing was drawn. My return appointment for the next yearly physical was made at the end of my visit. Thanks so much.

Can't get a better family doctor -- She is always understanding and takes special care into every decision we make. She goes way beyond my expectations. :) Val is equally part of the team, she hears my concerns and help my kids and I whenver she can do ensure we are getting the medical attention we need when we need it. Wait times are not long - Professionalism with a family touch.

Dr. Kamran is relatively kind and tries to be helpful. But this office simply does not respect the time of its patients. They act like they are here to do all us a favour. I've had three appointments here over the past several months, and each time, even with a designated appointment, I was made to wait 30 to 45 minutes. Yes, you are operating a health care clinic, but remember that your patients are your customers - treat them as you wish to be treated.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Kamran. I accompanied a family member to their appointment with Dr. Kamran and was beyond angered by the lack of professionalism and I feel compelled to share my concerns. It is disheartening to see a once-reliable healthcare professional fall so drastically in terms of patient care and overall service.

First and foremost, the most glaring issue is Dr. Kamran's apparent lack of interest in spending quality time with patients. During my recent visit, it felt as though my family member was just a number in a long line of patients, with the doctor rushing through her appointment and barely acknowledging nor taking the time to understand my family members health concerns. The level of dismissiveness and lack of empathy was astounding, leaving my family member feeling neglected and unheard.

Additionally, it was evident that the systems in place at Dr. Kamran's practice are outdated and not adequately updated with accurate and CRUCIAL medical information. This not only raises concerns about the overall efficiency of the medical practice but also poses potential risks to patients who rely on up-to-date information for their healthcare. They were going to give my family member ANOTHER flu shot even though they had applied one less than a month earlier because their records are NOT updated! They were going to send my family member to get blood work done even though she just went 3 weeks ago because THEIR RECORDS were not updated with recent information!

The inadequately trained staff further compounds the issues at this practice. It was apparent that the team lacked the necessary training and expertise to handle the diverse needs of patients. The overall atmosphere was one of chaos and confusion, with staff members struggling to navigate through their responsibilities.

Equally troubling is the apparent lack of effort to understand patients properly. Dr. Kamran and the staff seemed disinterested in delving into the root of patients' concerns, opting for a one-size-fits-all approach that neglects the unique needs of individuals. This lack of personalized attention is a severe detriment to the quality of care provided.

In conclusion, my recent experience with Dr. Kamran and her practice has left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned for the well-being of patients under their care. It is disheartening to witness a healthcare professional neglect the fundamental principles of patient-centered care, opting for rushed and impersonal interactions. I would strongly caution anyone considering this practice to explore alternative healthcare options that prioritize patient well-being and genuine medical care.

Dr. Kamran and her office has decreased in quality of care and professionalism over the years. When I first became a patient at this clinic, I felt genuinely taken care of, this was about 8 years ago. In the past 5 years, I have been treated in a rush, mostly by phone and felt forgotten about. The last phone call appointment that i had, i was given a 3 hour window and Dr. Kamran called thirty minutes after it. She said she would email me a referral and i have not received it. Tests i have taken at her clinic have been lost and needed to be redone. Requests for prescription refills from my pharmacy "never made it" to her office which left me without my prescription for 2 weeks, because you cannot leave a voice-mail and there are designated phone call hours within their hours of operation that are not ideal. I believe this clinic has evolved too much, adding so much under their scope that the patient care has been sacrificed and is no longer their priority. I am disappointed and will be looking elsewhere for a family physician who is dedicated to her patients' care.

I was a patient of Dr. Kamran's for almost 10 years. Initially she was a very good doctor. Very easy to get in to and took the time with you on your appointments. When she moved to this clinic I noticed a big decline in the care she provided. She became more difficult to get in to, I would wait over an hour for scheduled appointments in the waiting room. There has been more than one occasion where I have been contacted by the clinic to schedule an appointment to come in for a follow up on various things. When I get to the appointment (either in person or over the phone) she greets me by asking what I want or why I was there...?? You tell me. I have had this happen for a test result that she told me was normal. Waste. of. time.
Since covid she has been doing more phone appointments. When these appointments are scheduled there is a huge time window, usually 4 hours, that she is supposed to call you within. However, she never does. I have had her call me at 930pm- hours after she was supposed to.
Finally, I had an MRI in January (which she referred me for) and still have not heard from her regarding the results- almost 10 months later. Luckily I can login online and see my results myself and have spoken with other physicians regarding the results.
Needles to say, I believe she has taken on too much and can no longer keep up. If you want a physician that takes the time for you and follows up on things that actually need to be followed up on I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Dr. Kamran was my family doctor for a short time, as well as for my children. Our daycare had an outbreak of hand foot mouth, and my daughter developed blisters on her feet. We took her to Dr Kamran to confirm and were told that it was not HFM. Took her to a walk-in clinic for a second opinion and confirmed that it was HFM. After a few years of poor treatment and horrendous bedside manner, I had enough after I got pregnant and she immediately started to wean me off of my medication (which was safe for pregnancy). I ended up having an ectopic pregnancy and was in a terrible state mentally due to being on a lower dose of meds. After the doctors office received reports from the ER, she called me to follow up and told me that it was good that I had lost the baby because I already had two kids and that was enough. There are no words to describe how unprofessional and terrible Dr. Kamran is Avoid her at all costs, particularly if you identify as a woman or caregiver for children.
