Jack Astor's Bar & Grill Burlington

What an amazing thrilling bar and food experience at Jack Astor located on service road in burlington. We are vegetarians so we tried their garlic bread and cheese garlic bread and we could die for it as no one ever had so spongy and tasty garlic bread in city. Nachos was also amazing. As per the price quantity was more than enough. Match stick fries was also very tempting. Overall good experience do visit as they several items for non vegetarians specially.

Great atmosphere at Jack Astor's; plenty of seating available, and often have some form of live band. The food is pretty decent, a little bit expensive for the quantity. Drinks are great too.

I came here the other night with some girlfriends and had the best time. The food was amazing but our server, Jenna, is what made the night. She greeted us with a smile, was extremely positive and kept us laughing the whole night! She was extremely attentive through the whole experience, will definitely be back!

Last minute decided to head over with some friends for dinner this weekend and had a great time. The food was great and the staff was very attentive which is appreciated. I also wanted to compliment our waitress Jenna, she was fantastic and really made our night. She was charismatic and super down to earth which really added to our experience. We’ll definitely be back.

Haven't been to this restaurant since 2019, went tonight with a party of 8 for a graduation celebration, and the food was all excellent, for all of us, the wait staff was also excellent, they were polite, pleasant and social. Food was well cooked and tasty and we didn't need to wait long to receive it all. The only complaint I would have is that the portions were huge and I couldn't finish all the food on my plate! LOL. Our server offered boxes for our unfinished food. The total bill for all of us was $228.

Jack Astor’s has always been my ultimate comfort spot, the food is always amazing and the vibes never disappoint. When I visited the restaurant I was taken care by the phonemail young women Jenna. She was far from amazing, service was extraordinary and Jenna continually made sure me and my guest were treated right and taken care of. She was professional but also very easy to talk to too. I will most definitely be back!!!

I love this location but I loved my waitress even more! We clicked off having the same name, Jenna! She was so sweet, tentative and made my experience there even better. She recommended a few of her favourites, which are now my favourite dishes to eat at Jack Astors. Thanks for making my experience a 100000/10 Jenna! I will be returning very soon to this location and will be requesting Jenna as my server.

Really enjoyed having Jenna as our waitress, it was my second time in Toronto and first time at Jack Astors. I heard from my pastime that this was a good restaurant so I had to check it out. Jenna was able to recommend dishes and they did not disappoint, she made sure all our needs were met and that we felt right at home. Thanks again Jenna! I’ll definitely be back!!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this here Jack Astor's, and let me tell you, it was an experience that tickled my taste buds, got me to grin from ear to ear, and even at some points rolling on the floor with severe hilarity. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the radiant smile of our dear server Chris . Now, I must confess to you...when she said her name was 'Chris' I was taken back in an aghast with that name I expected a strapping young lad with biceps bigger than my own ego, but lo and behold, Chris turned out to be the reigning queen of the culinary realm.

Not only did Chris flawlessly navigate through the menu like an experienced captain steering a gourmet ship of ecstasy & pleasure, but her recommendations were pure gold. She guided us through a gastronomic journey that left us in a state of euphoria. Each dish was a masterpiece, plated with the precision of a Gordon Ramsey approved chef and seasoned with just the right amount of passion.

But it wasn't just the food that had us in what could only be described as a joyful dopamine rush of culture; it was Chris herself. With her quick service, wit & infectious charm, she turned a regular dining experience into what I believe to be the performance of a life time. She had us laughing and enjoying ourselves so much, we nearly spat out all our meals with such jubilation!

So, if you're looking for a dining experience that's not only delicious but also downright enchanting, look no further than the Burlington Jack Astor's aswell as the one and only...Chris. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. In fact, you might just not only leave with a full belly, and a new outlook on life...but also, a new mentor.

Impeccable service from initial warm and welcoming greeting, drinks, apps and mains to final bill and take home containers by our host and server during our visit, Bartender Danny. Expectations exceeded. We had no idea that we had come in so near closing time as everything was right on point. Great visit start to finish, definately worth a visit.

Nice and chill here for good food and cold drinks. Service was lovely - we had Jenna as our server and she was sweet and personable. The tiny tuna tacos were our fav and we will be back often for them.
