Very accomodating. A staff named Lynn actually answered my questions very friendly and clearly. I dont know why some people gave her mean feedbacks. Must be a bad day.

I go to this post office once every week or two to do the sorts of things one might expect to do at a post office, never had any issues.

A huge thank you to the incredibly kind lady who carried an ENORMOUS parcel all the way to my car for me when I had my hands full with my toddler; so incredibly kind and thoughtful, thank you!

The post office is at the back in Pharmasave. Since covid restrictions it has had shorter hours of operation which is a drag because the web or phone messages aren't up to date on hours. Otherwise the post office does exist.

Post office hours posted at the store state that they open at 10 a.m. on a Sunday. I was there at 10:45 a.m. and there was a notice next to a bell on the counter that said to ring for service. I rang the bell 4 times. Another man checked with a Shoppers employee who said that the Post Office opens at noon. Hours posted here say closed until Monday. Mixed messages all round and a big waste of my time.

This is one of the worst customer service. I was in-line at least 15 mins prior to the closing time, but told at the counter by the female staff that I would not be served because it was 1 minute pass 5:30pm. I just need to drop off two prepaid Amazon return packages.

The manager in Charge of this Canada Post location. Please do your job and improving the customer service. It is not a surprise that this location only get 1 star rating.

Lynn the canada post manager is miserable and she’s always miserable. I reccommend letting her go immediately. She says very few words and comes across absolutely miserable. Bad customer service. Be better.

Beware, this location is rarely open despite the times given on the pickup notice left in the mailbox. They often close early and are now closed in the middle of the day at sporadic hours. It’s understandable if there is a transition with staff but there has been incredibly poor management at this location for years now.

Should be sued for wasting 10 of thousands of peoples time. Hours are aways incorrect online. 3rd time showed up to pick up packages and the hours on pick up ticket in mailbox are wrong as well as the hours on the website and Google. Even the staff when you call don't even know the hours. Called to make sure post office was open and what the correct hours were, showed up and it was closed. Very disrespectful to customers and their time especially when many people have notified them of wrong hours. They have been posting wrong hours for over 3 years now. Embarrassing a company like Canada post is this bad and disrespectful.

Hours need to be better for an essential service like the post office. Being closed for someones lunch hour in the middle of the business day is unacceptable.

Wrong hours of operation on Google, Manager is COMPLETELY incompetent with zero common sense. Refused 3 pieces of ID to pick up my Amazon package just because she didn't recognize how they looked due to being from Taiwan.

Post office hours are a suggestion... Need to go to this post office multiple time and wasting hours to get packages

Please note that the hours on the notice of attempted delivery are not accurate. I arrived to find the post office closes 2.5 hours before the advertised time.

Cashier is so slow and too chatty AND SHES THE POST OFFICE MANAGER… also they are never open when they say they are

Canada post in Pharamasave: The old lady needs retire here!!! Jesus! She freaked out on me because apparently people keep going to this location and finding out it’s not open and, they keep asking her why it’s not open on Sundays! Anyways…I’ve suggested the edit on Google.

Online said it opened at 8... got there, turns out they open at 9

Staff seem nice enough but the hours are incorrect. Open at 9am not 8am. They need to get this changed.
