I had to unexpectedly put down my cat on Tuesday, and while this was a really difficult heartbreak, the team was so kind and helpful throughout the entire process. They took their time to explain his condition, my options, and each procedure they would do (including cost) before. I would recommend this gentle, and compassionate team to anyone within the Saint John Region. Thank you again to the team for having Milos best interest at heart, and showing such empathy to us.

I took my puppies there, very nice place. The best price for the first shots in town (I called 6 different clinics). The veterinarian was really nice, so was the staff. I will surely come back!

I would like to sincerely thank all the staff of the Loch Lomond Clinic. For their kind hearts, sympathetic hearts and skillful hands. I'll tell you our story. We came from Ukraine with our labrador Nigel. And he had a tumor between his toes, which grew rapidly. I read reviews about Saint-John clinics . And to be honest, the reviews about this clinic were not the best. But this is the only clinic that agreed to accept us and corresponded with us. Which was very polite and nice. When we arrived at the first reception, I was surprised by the very nice and helpful staff. In general, I will be brief. In the clinic, our Nigel underwent surgery by Dr. Kent Beattie. We are very grateful to him. This is a highly qualified doctor. He was on the phone with us during the operation. Performed a brilliant operation. Rehabilitation went very quickly. The dog feels well, despite the fact that he is 12 years old. Thank you so much again . Loch Lomond you are Saint-John best clinic

I have been taking all of my dogs to Loch Lomond Vet Clinic now for 37 years. Since Mitch Downey took it over, the level of care that he makes sure that he and all of his staff provide is really exceptional. They genuinely care about the animals. For them it's not just a job, it's making a difference to the animals and to the owners. If I could give 10 stars I would!!

Fantastic care and service. I've had 2 different vets since I've been there with my pup and every single one of them are so knowledgeable, kind and helpful! The prices are very reasonable! The techs are also just as amazing and so sweet to my pup! You guys are amazing!

Been taking care of my cat thru out the pandemic. Saved him from horrible conditions. I thought he was dying as he was 15yrs old. No! With meds he looks 2yrs old again. So pleased!

We have 4 cats which we got the first two in 2007. Loch Lomond Vet has been taking care of our fur babies for many years. Any time we had an emergency and they had to be seen right away it never has been a problem. The staff is super friendly, very professional, if you have to
Leave your pet their for the day or over night you feel as though your fur baby will be well taken care of. We enjoy our Vet it’s a bit pricey but so is every thing these days. We highly recommend them👍🏼👍🏼

Excellent staff, and very friendly. They explained the cost of our cat Chester's spading before and after. Their price was very reasonable. This will be our vet clinic for our cats from now on. They should be #1 in Saint John.

We had our first visit and even with the heightened precautions due to Covid the staff was amazing to deal with! They were all pleasant to speak with and very professional in taking my dogs in one at a time and giving them their boosters and explaining the process so I knew what to expect during our appointment.

Very caring staff! My 10 year old Yorkie had to have teeth removed and they were so great! Provided a low and high estimate of the cost of the procedure beforehand and were so kind and professional. You can tell they really care!

My beagle had a infected leg that ballooned up with fluid and he had a high feaver. The doctors at this location were very concerned and quick to provide the correct care. Hopefully my little buddy will be back to his happy healthy self. Thanks Loch Lomond veterinary hospital!!!.

Examination and Treatment were quick with my Jazzie girl. Excellent vet to take your pets to! She was stressed on the drive out but total relaxation on the way home because of whatever it was they sprayed on the towel. 2 thumbs up! 👍🙂👍😻

Two weeks ago I noticed our beloved cat Cali had lost a considerable amount of weight and was more stand-offish than usual. I called another local vet who was not only unaccommodating, but because we were not already clients, they essentially wanted me to enter a telephone lottery the next morning to get my Cat in for an EMERGENCY visit.

When I called Loch Lomond Veterinary Hospital I was treated with the utmost respect and they got Cali in to be seen as quickly as possible. In the weeks since her diagnosis they have called to check in on Cali to see how she was doing.

Sadly, this morning we had to make the difficult decision to go back to the vet for the inevitable end as Cali had taken a turn for the worst. The staff was again wonderful and showed an unbelievable amount of care and compassion for Cali in her final moments. The staff there are caring and accommodating, and the Doctors take the time to explain their findings and every step of what needs to happen.

This was a tough day for us, but it was made easier by the care given to us and Cali during this most difficult time.

Great last minute response after hours service for our pup in crisis. Thanks so much. They continue to provide timely appropriate care as needed.

I love this clinic. Such kind, caring, pleasant people that truly love animals and are in this business for the right reasons; the health and wellness of our four-legged family members. Fantastic. They accommodated us on a same day emergency call. They took care of my cat when she was not feeling well. They did the proper diagnosis and gave us the right medication for her. Now she is back to normal. Thank you!
